LOVE: 1. Breakfast menu changes everyday (mains) 2. MRT station less than 2 minutes walk away 3. Family Mart across the street and 7 eleven less than 5 mins walk away 4. Pillow menu available (the choice of memory foam pillow was a plus for me) 5. All day free coffee, simple snacks and afternoon drinks like barley, green bean soup etc. 6. Room and toilet were clean (9/10) 7. Mattress was memory foam as well which was good for my back.

1. Security was lacking as an old guy followed us up to our floor when we had just gotten into the lift upon check in. We thought he was staying on the same floor, then he tried to barge into the room when my son open the room door. We had to drag him out to prevent him from going in and brought him downstairs. Not sure if he was dementia or trying to pull a stunt but was pretty scary. 2. Location a bit far off from Central. 3. No body lotion and hair conditioner provided.

Breakfast selections are healthy and nicely presented in lay-out, food from Western influence and Asian influence a-like. Room kept appearing very clean, shower towels and trash bins cleaned daily. Bed started a bit on the firm side but feel good anyway in the morning, likely memory foam type of mattress. Excellent service overall, staff available to and very capable of assisting in multiple aspects, including but not limited to problem-solving. Perks of breakfast available in the mornings, a laundry room (washer + dryer), times where guests need to wait for available machine to use but it's a hotel so that is expected. A special "Thank You!" to Ms Ching amongst the staff team for the extra assistance they put into making our stay all the more special.

This is a traveler's bias: the distance one must take from the hotel to transportation such as MRT/HSR/etc to arrive at desired destinations is not ideal but the fact that there is a Station practically next-door (about 5 minutes or less) walking distance makes up for the very minor inconvenience (I would say not the fault of the hotel staff/management; More of an FYI for travelers.). Just a suggestion for guests, make sure you have the physical energy to make your trips if you plan your traveling literally all over the region/district.

1. We were allowed an early check in as they had a room available at that point in time 2. Housekeeping was very diligent, kept things neat and tidy while we were gone everyday 3. Laundry usage and Dryer use were very convenient (You can get washing powder from the reception below for 10 TWD or bring along your own to use) 4. Shaving kit, toothbrush and toothpaste were part of personal toiletries set 5. There was a water dispenser in the common corridor on my room's floor which made it very convenient to get hot water on demand 6. The staff were all really kind and their service was very good!

Just Sleep Hotel Sanchong is right beside the Sanhe Junior School Metro Station (use exit 2 from the station on the Orange Metro line.This is a major advantage and makes the whole city and airport easily accessible to and from the hotel. It is on a quiet street, but still central to restaurants , shops and markets. The staff are helpful and friendly. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. There is a great large common room near reception which serves as the breakfast room and lounge with free coffee,teas and snacks all day. The breakfast is a quality and varied buffet. There is a small well equipped gym and a self service laundry room. This hotel is friendly, helpful, and informal .

After 9 enjoyable nights, I was sad to leave.

It was a pleasant surprise when I was offered a free room upgrade! The upgraded room comes with a kitchenette & bath tub! Overall, it was a clean and spacious room and I like it that the bathroom separated the shower and toilet! Couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend my first night in Taipei! Literally just stone’s throw away from the metro station.

Nothing really but if I were give one then probably I need a softer bed but it’s really a matter of preference!

Got a family room which did not have a door separating the bathroom from the main room (toilet and shower do have their own doors), so that is not super private. Gym small. But everything is fine and functional

Location of hotel is very convenient, right next to the metro station. Sanchong is not far from city centre. Bed is very comfortable and there are choices of pillows. Breakfast is good for this pice point and hotel provides snacks and coffee throughout the day.

Room is a bit small and price is high during year end festive season. However, note the higher prices are typical for hotels in Taipei during the year end period.

Excellent location ! Hotel just nearby bus station and Metro station. Very easy to grab transportation to anyplace. Room provided few international socket and good for traveller. Got 2 Convenient shop 7 eleven nearby. Staff is very friendly and breakfast provided was delicious. Need to grab earlier flight in next morning and staff suggested to pack our breakfast and can have in airport.

Need to improve on soundproof coz can hear when ppl used water in bathroom.

Excellent location, close to public transportation and convenience stores, friendly staff, the room is clean, comfortable lobby space with snacks. It was an excellent stay beyond expectations.

My room is very close to the lift so I can hear people talking clearly.

Haven’t been writing reviews for a while, as most of places I stayed in were just mediocre. Just Sleep - Sanchong was a good find! It’s a minute walk from subway “Sanhe Junior High School” Station Exit 2 (just behind the exit). The hotel’s nice, good rooms, the beds & pillows were comfortable. Breakfast buffet choices were limited, but food tasted good. Kudos to the breakfast team for managing the breakfast crowd :) Will stay here again.

It’s not that close to the city centre. Meaning I have to change to another subway line to reach the centre. Waiting times for trains vary.
