Everything was great except that there was not hand soap or a place to hang wet towels. The staff were also very kind in helping us navigate the local buses and gave us directions and tips on navigating the harbor and ferry. They also let us store our luggage there post check out as needed. Breakfast was great too!

A lovely property with large clean, comfortable, quiet rooms. Good location across from the park. There is a convenience store a short walk away with a fabulous teppanyaki restaurant next door. The decor of the hotel is beautiful and thought provoking. The breakfast is amazing. This would definitely be my go to place should I be in the area again.

Great hotel to bring you closer to the indigenous culture. It is close enough to the city center as well as close to the main road that leads you out of the city. Personnel were very polite. They also have a sustainable policy in place which I liked. Beautiful place. Receptionist spoke english.

Breakfast has clear labels as vegan, vegetarian or with meat. More local breakfast options.

Didn't feel like a resort. I could have more facilities, such as, kids room, play area, spa, garden restaurent and could include western food options.

Pleasant atmosphere. Staff approachable. Rooms unfussy, clean, and comfortable. Will change breakfast options if you ask.

The room was simple, but it was clean and bright. We enjoyed the breakfast, which, once again, while fairly simple, was light and refreshing (it was mostly vegetarian, with a variety of fresh or lightly cooked vegetables and fruits; there was also omelette and fish available). There is a huge park right next to the hotel, and it is highly recommended (epecially around sunrise!).

The "parking lot" could be a little larger :)

the staff are very friendly they could provide a lot useful infos such as the bike renting or restaurants. the breakfast is quite good clean and healthy the outlook of the hotel is very authentic could encore its name

very clean, A/C is strong. Hot shower is strong. friendly staff, excellent food. Adjacent to a beautiful forest park. free onsite parking. laundry room onsite, which is essential for families.
