The room is very spacious. The location of the hotel is very convenient. It connects to the Gloria Outlet, Xpark Aquarium, a children's indoor playground, and a food court. It also can be easily accessed via HSR and airport MRT stations. The hotel offers a comfortable lounge room, an efficient laundry room, and a nice gym.

There is a wide range of varieties of food available for breakfast, but the hot food sections look better than they taste (except for congee & noodle stations.) The hotel cot is a compact one, I would not recommend their cot for children taller than 95cm.

The hotel is fresh/modern, good facilities, excellent room, beating my expectations for a hotel in this price range. Location is convenient for overnight stay near the airport (~5km). Restaurant is excellent, both in terms of variety and quality - much better than what you might expect from a relatively inexpensive hotel.

The only (minor) issue was difficulty in getting right aircon settings - humidity level went up a lot during the night and air in the room was feeling stuffy, but reducing temperature to remove humidity made the room a bit too cold. But maybe I just did something wrong with aircon settings.

Breakfast is normal, alike to other hotels. The room is spacious with a long table that we can put our stuff there. Cleanliness, I would say superb, Staff are very friendly. Amazing on the robotic put in place to help the staff, not only at the restaurant but to the room, too.

Not much of other options to shop besides Gloria & Ikea, may be I didn't explore further due to short stay. To visit the night market is about 30mins car ride. This location is still considered as a new town, according to the people working in this area, so need to be prepared.

It’s connected to shopping mall and outlet mall. The staff very friendly and they helped to open door for us and bring our luggages down from the car. The room is big and clean. A lot of tv channels for the adults n kids also can link to phone. Love the live aquarium screening on the tv. Free drinks and snacks at level 5. Buffet food a lot of varieties.

A little pricy. Not much view from the room - can only see contraction site. Will be good to have a pool

Very convenient location. Spacious room. Comfy bed. Concierge service was good, helpful and courteous. Shuttle service is a plus! We liked the XPark Aquarium’s Live Channel that they have on tv in the room :)

The toilet in the room could use a proper towel rack. We didn’t have a proper place to hang our towels after use. Shower area is right next to the sink. The glass door wasn’t able to keep water in. So the standing area at the sink gets wet after every shower. Room a little dimmed even with all lights on.

I loved the firm beds. I know it’s not everyone’s cup of tea but I had the best sleep here and the pillow menu was the best too, I took advantage of the elevated leg pillow and it did wonders for my tired feet. The location was also great as it was next to a mall (we went to eat at Dim Dim Sum twice because my son loved the soup so much), also next to the factory outlets.

There was no free playground onsite, you have to pay for the connected playground next door (though hotel guests get a discounted rate, it was still something like 630 NTD but for a full day).

Property was tidy. Although, not very accommodating when requested months before, weeks before, days before for late check out before arrival. Had a long layover flight, and was exhausted from travel. They repeatedly kept saying they were fully booked. Therefore, was unable to accommodate. What’s like 2 more hours? And guests sometimes don’t arrive until later…. they could’ve made it happen. I think what bothers most is that they didn’t even try.

all staff were welcoming and helpful (lobby, at the counter, housekeeping) room was big, clean, comfortable. location was very convenient for shopping, access to xpark, access to HSR. water dispenser on each guest room floor. free bus shuttle between hotel and HSR is convenient when we have luggages to carry.

Elevators were very spaced out from one another. anxious to know which elevator is coming, especially with luggages. for the price, we would expect more facilities such as having a pool, spa

Posh, clean and beautiful. Staff are attentive and helpful. Super love the family room with 3king sized bed!!!! The location is superb if you intend to shop at Gloria Outlet. It is directly connected to Landmark Plaza (with many food options and XPark Aquarium) and Gloria Outlet. Great stop for 1-2nights with activities catered to both kids and adults. I was able to let the children rest comfortably in the hotel while the adults shopped.

Location: 5-7 mins walk from the taoyuan mrt station. There is a shuttle bus service to the hotel, just that our arrival time is way too late. It is besides the Gloria Outlet shopping area (hope I got the name right). Attractive for those who likes to ship. Rooms: really comfortable &, very spacious for 3 king size beds (+ platform and 3 toilets (2 showers and 1 with bidet). The beds are really comfortable, firm and good support. Really. My back ache was much relieved after sleeping on it. Thankfully, this hotel was our last stop of the tour and we enjoyed it thoroughly. There is a PX mart (全联）opposite the hotel. I managed to buy good local seasonings & tidbits to bring back home.

Nothing really. But if really need to be picky, I would say the breakfast (TWD 600 for 1 adult). The variety was great, the food layout was amazing and makes the food look appetizing. But, the western dishes are badly done (bacon was hard, French toast was dry etc...), but the Chinese dishes are great.
