Perfect Location ! And Breakfast was good, meet my expectations, also excursions prices were not over charged, some where even cheaper than elsewhere. So, perfect for someone single, couple, family or groups ! Everything under one umbrella. Most importantly, location and value for money with pleasant staff.

Amazing Stay! Michael was super helpful with all my questions. Hannah was eager to assist us with anything we needed. the rooms were VERY CLEAN and matched the photos online. The breakfast was a variety of egg options and was filling. We had the floating breakfast and absolutely loved it. Great stay!

If using maps, just use botany villa. It's a more accurate description.

Location was perfect & staff were amazing & very helpful

there was nothing we did not like, however a suggestion would be for a generator to be installed, so that the fans in the rooms could be used, when electricity if off for a long period of time

We were a group of 4 that stayed 2 days at botany villa and we loved it. Place is beautiful, calm and staff is very friendly . Our room had an issue with the power and they immediately changed us to a better room. Breakfast was delicious and big :) pool is spacious and clean. Rooms were also very spacious and bugs are confortable. Walk to the beach is 7 mins, quite good and in general we loved our stay here. We will come back!

The hotel is located in a beautiful place, very peaceful, and fashioned in African style. We are very glad about our stay there. Everything, including our room and service, was perfect. special thanks to the staff that came as extremely nice, warm, and helpful. The time we spent there will always stay in our memories. Stayed in 7 hotels whilst in Zanzibar and this one was by far my favourite!! The room was lovely and really clean. Daniel the managers was super friendly, always had a smile on his face. Great location, short walk from the beach and I loved walking through the village everyday. Only 5 mins on a bike from Paje too. Would definitely stay here again!!

The rooms (newly build, spacious bungalows) were clean and the manager super friendly and helpful. A good breakfast is available and there is a restaurant bar onsite. We didn't eat (except for breakfast) but the lunchtime meal smelt delicious!

The free WiFi was a bit slow but adequate and doesn't work away from the bar/restaurant area (it certainly didn't work in our room). It's a little bit far from the beach (about 10 minutes walk).

Location , but it's affecting price I am tall 185cm/ 6.2ft and bed were a bit short for me :-(

Spacious new bungalows, all with outdoor spaces to sit. Comfy beds. Nice dining area. Fresh fruit and eggs breakfast. Friendly manager and great cook. Excellent value. Having to walk 10 minutes to get to the beach was a plus because you got to experience the town more as a local (as everyone greets you en route).

Wifi is slow (2mbps). The maid is grumpy (but cleans well).
