The property was amazing. A gated community with utmost privacy and peace. The villa was really beautiful with very unique layout. The staff came every other day to clean the property. Really amazing.

The location is far from all the main attractions. Takes you easily 45 mins to 1 hour to arrive at the city centre.

It was a great accommodation for group of 16. And we definitely had lots of fun all together here. The kitchen was fully equipped. Pool and the room is great too.

2 things could be improve - we asked for assistance on lite up the BBQ stove, the staffs came twice. And nth been done and left us unattended with lots of foods we purchased from Big C earlier. Also, perhaps can provide a cleaner to clean up the rooms and common area during the stay. As in this is under booking.com not airbnb. We do expect there’s a cleaner to assists cleaning.

House is so luxury. There are all facilities that you need to enjoy with your friends. Staff is so kind. So comfortable to stay here.

Water drainage in shower room is easy to be blocked, so it is quite slow to drain out.

The house was very nice and all our friends had a really good time. The pool was nice and warm. 4 of the rooms was a bit small but not a big issue for us.

There was no breakfast

Local access. (The property could have a bicycle or scooter for local access. ) Price (should be less. ) Cupboard doors sliding mechanism (failed.) Swimming pool edges (are sharp)

We liked that the villa was big enough to fit 14 of us, and the two “family rooms” were spacious. The villa’s kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, utensils and crockery. The airconditioning was very comfortable, and the communication with the owner was very smooth. When we realised 2 of the hairdryers were not working, the owner promptly got 2 new ones to replace. :) they also replaced our pool towels when requested. In general, a spacious and pleasant stay. The kids loved the pool.

Not a complaint, but more to manage one’s expectations and for the villa to improve on certain areas — the villa is slightly older and not as well-maintained as the photos looked. Several parts of the villa were not well cleaned, the pool had sharp tiles that were dangerous for the kids (aged 3-12), and the outdoor wooden deck where the pool is quite dirty, so we did not really enjoy sitting outside. The bbq pit was also rusty and there was leftover charcoal from previous stays. So we decided not to bbq eventually. We had to request for the pool floats to be inflated for us, otherwise when we checked in, they were deflated and just thrown on the sides of the deck and covered in dirt :/ the 4 other bedrooms were also small and u will not have space to open your luggages in them, so u would have to open ur luggage outside the room. (We made sure not to put them on the bed to keep the bed clean)
