It's the second time I've stayed at this hotel and I'd happily return if I'm in that area again. It's clean and comfortable, quiet at night. There's a communal kettle in the lobby but the lady even gave me one to take to my room. Bottled water included. 7/11 just round the corner and some very nice restaurants. Tiny balcony is a bonus too 👍

Loved this place, the location, the room, the bed and the facilities were all perfect. Spacious room, large bed, very modern room and the receptionist was amazingly helpful and always smiling. She always provided me with 2 water bottles daily. The location was great, it was right next to a 7 eleven, a huge night market 10 mins walk away and a 30 second walk to a street full of street food vendors. I stayed here twice, I already miss this place and I can’t wait to stay here again!

I like the size of the room because it's not too small. All the facilities that I want, they've already provided. For example, air condition, TV, fridge.

For me, only the restroom is not clean enough. The other things are all good.

Cheap and nice room, kind staff and very convenient location! 7 eleven, local foods and laundry machines are very near by.

Shower room wall is not so clean, but others are no problem for us.

We did not avail the breakfast.

It doesn't have slippers, toothbrush, and toothpaste.

Noisy guests, shouting and slamming doors in corridor at 3:30 am. Not hotels fault but went on for a long time.

The room was okay. The bed was a bit smaller than I expected. (I expected it to be a king-size bed, but it was queen-size. So, we had to squeeze ourselves into that bed that night; not too bad but not too pleasant.) The location was good, near the Nine shopping mall, 7-Eleven and the stadium where we went for a concert. There was a parking space in front of the building, which was a bit of a challenge for parking.

The floor was very dusty as if it had never been cleaned. We had to wipe the floor with the floor towel. The toilet layout was hectic! You can splash the water all over the room easily. Taking dry clothes into the toilet is something to beat with. A fridge was placed on the floor, which was not so stable.

The hotel is clean.

There is no separate bathroom from the toilet and smelled bad.

The reception staff was quite friendly. You get two free bottles of water after the cleaning. The TV worked well and the Wi-Fi was normal. The hotel is near the shopping mall, 7/11 stores and the bus stop, which is convenient.

The furniture had stains and holes in it. All the surfaces in the room felt sticky and dirty. The room was pretty dark. There were a lot of those disgusting plaster bagworms cocoon things on the walls and on the ceiling, especially in the bathroom. When I asked the staff to get rid of them, they took off some of them, but not everything. I understand that it is a cheap accommodation, but why does it have to be synonymous for 'dirty'? The water in the shower was only warm, never hot enough for a comfortable shower. Besides, the bathroom had tons of flies in it. The booking description said that my room was going to have a wardrobe, a pair of slippers, a fridge and a hairdryer, but in reality it didn't. I had to ask the staff and wait before they brought me a hairdryer and then the fridge, but nothing else. The windows were floor-to-ceiling, but the room was on the first floor and faced the parking lot, so there's no way to actually comfortably keep them open.
