Hotel was very clean and comfortable. Very spacious bedroom with separate bath and shower. Bed was very comfy too! Good variety at breakfast. Quick check in and check out. About a 20 min walk from the train station that will get you your way around Bangkok. Excellent value for money.

I gave this a 9/10 for location just so people are away its not in the centre of Bangkok. But if you don't mine a walk to the train station or taxt then this is a perfect hotel to explore Bangkok and the surrounding area.

Everything was perfect, staff were super friendly, polite and helpful. The hotel is beautiful, very modern, very clean and the room was a great size, extremely comfortable bed, gorgeous bathroom with a lovely view, great gym and nice pool, Would definitely recommend!

The breakfast could be open longer, closes at 10am which we missed because we were jet lagged, but not the hotels fault! Nothing bad to say at all.

Newly built hotel and as expected, the room is spotless and cozy. We had a relaxing stay and even extended one more day. I loved the sauna room, plus the swimming pool ambiance is very tranquil even though it's facing towards the main Phattanakarn road. I hope the management and staff can maintain the cleanliness, interior designs, and add more amenities in the years to come. It would be very nice to welcome the New Year with friends at your Penthouse. We will definitely come back for a staycation in the near future. Good job to all the staff on duty during our stay! You have been most accommodating of my request.

Well, not really a dislike but more like a suggestion from a guest. It is essential for hand soap or liquid hand wash to be available in every room especially we are just recovering from covid19 virus. Travelers will not be thinking of buying one if they booked a very nice hotel. 😉 Also, as I once was an F&B employee, if bathtubs are installed in every room, it is essential to offer, as an add-on of course, a variety of Bubble bath scents. That small amenity will create an exceptional customer experience. In case these essentials are already part of the amenities, my apologies, but I have not seen any in the room except for a hand sanitizer. That, as you know, is not the same as hand soap or hand wash. 🙏🏻

Thaya hotel is definitely our go to place for our next stay in Bangkok. The hotel is new and modern. The rooms are spacious, clean and the view from both the room and the bathroom over the city skyline is breathtaking. The hotel has all the facilites: pool, sauna, gym in a very good condition. There is also a restaurant and bar with delicious food and drinks. Breakfast buffet is excellent with a lot of options to choose from. The hotel staff was great and very helpful.

We only stayed for 1 night during a layover in Bangkok, it was perfect for the duration of our stay. Rooms were clean and very comfortable, staff was very friendly and breakfast was very good!

Location is perfect for a layover, but it is far from the city center so if you stay longer it is not the best lovation, not much to do in the area around the hotel and not many restaurants.

Nice property, polite hotel staff, in room breakfast option as well but didn’t really use that as the breakfast was okay, nothing special. They give you free water which is great

When we entered the room for the first time there was a really bad cigarette smell, so bad I couldn’t sleep for first two days as it was quite intense and wifi was down a few times

Quality restaurant, good breakfast, friendly staff, excellent room with sofa and loads of storage space. And plenty of sockets for charging devices. Bath with a view! And separate walk in shower a bonus. Well designed rooms. Aircon that works. Quiet.

Beds were good by Thai rock hard standards. So not like sleeping on a concrete bench! But for an aging european, a mattress topper would have been luxury.

The Thaya Hotel Bangkok offers a wonderful stay in a good location. The rooms feature incredibly soft (silk), clean bedsheets that ensure a comfortable night's sleep, and the bathroom's bathtub is also perfect for relaxing after exploring the city.

The 1000 baht collateral was a surprise, but not a big deal. Also the pool could use more than two sunbathing chairs.

Nice clean spacious room. Has a sauna, steamroom, gym and pool. Good breakfast options.

Location abit far out but ideal if you need to be close to the airport. Also you can take the number 11 bus from outside which takes you to the city really easily and cheap.

Great facilities, large room with a nice view of the city. Gym was more well-equipped than average for a hotel, nice little pool. The included breakfast buffet was fabulous. Hotel allowed us to keep our bags there for the whole day after check-out. The only thing I didn't like was that the gym and pool closed at 7pm.
