The place is very clean, comfortable, and quiet. The bed was amazing and the room was perfect. But the real reason to stay here are the lovely owners who go out of their way to make sure that everything is perfect. They are truly lovely people that are warm, helpful and welcoming. The location was a little outside of the center, which for me was just fine and worth it to have such a nice room at this price. The grabs are very affordable to anywhere in the city and just outside the hotel there are plenty of places to eat, a 7-11, and a more local area to get to know. It is also not too far from the airport.

Bank, the owner speaks perfect English, is patient and professional and has a good sense of humour. He was both exceptionally accomodating and friendly and he puts you at ease. Really super guy! Upon arrival he spoke to me on the phone to ensure a smooth check in. Minutes later he quietly knocked on my room door to properly introduce himself. He also got my wechat contact and we periodically chatted. his response time was almost immediate. in addition, he jumped at the chance to assist whenever he was needed and he was generous with his time. I had a lovely stay with my husband. He says it is the best bed he has slept in. He slept alot!

We liked our stay in Bed garden 26 much, especially the wonderful owner and his family. Bank (the owner) was very nice and always ready to help. We felt at home. We stayed at Deluxe room on the 2nd floor. For me it was the best, more better then 1st floor. The bed was comfortable and the aircon was not above the bed, so for us it was very good))) The hotel a little far from the center, but for us it wasn't a problem. There are quite a lot of restaurants and cafes in the area. Also if you want to try public transport, there is a bus stop just 1 min walk. Use the bus 206 to get to Kolng station "Sapan Klongtun" and use the boat, or Airport Rail Link "Sukhumvit" or you can change to bus 60 and go to the Wat Pho or Royal Palace. So, want to say many thanks for our pleasant stay to Bank. Hope to see you again some day))))

Probably the cleanest and comfiest room we had in all our stays in Thailand!! The hosts spoke really good English and are very kind and helpful. We chose this hotel because of an early flight back, it's just 17' from the airport! Also the small garden made us feel like we're still in the Islands or maybe a small village up North. Definitely takes you away from Bangkok's traffic and noise An absolute Jem They also provide you with free coffee/ tea or chocolate which was a nice gesture

No complaints what so ever... Maybe just a small fridge in the room could be useful for longer stays! Rooms are big enough to have one .

You get much more than you pay for. The host is super nice and helpful, room was nice, new and clean. Everything I asked for was delivered right away. Thank you :)

The location is actually not very convenient. May be calmer than the center but for you to go from the airport or to the centre requires a lot of time and money. Bolt/Grab is same price than getting public transportation - I tried it both. If you want more local neighbourhood, you will be happy.

Owner is so helpful and accommodating. He suggested many good spots as well. Quite far from the train station but it’s an easy access to the airport if ridden by taxi. Overall we loved the place, so clean and it feels like home. The best thing about the place is the free coffee, hot chocolate, and tea!

Honestly, the location has no near tourist spots but is accessible to taxis so we have no troubles finding a ride

Very nice hosts and very helpful. The view out of the windows were very relaxing and soothing for our minds, especially in the morning.

We'd like to be informed beforehand that the bathroom will be completely wet after showering. It was a bit surprising.

Bank was very kind and everything was new.

We missed a doorbell or something to make the entrance clearer, a small fridge, a stiffer bed and the use of the AC in the lobby (as we tried to work there but the staff only turned a fan on and we almost melted)

Quiet and comfortable. Good host. Good English pub nearby with good beer. Great Indian restaurant nearby. Busses and many taxis on main road nearby.

The owner was the really nice, helpful and attentive to everything. The room is super comfy, clean, quiet.

Location is far from canter and\or train's stations, so had to take a lot of taxies in and out.
