I like everything about this hotel. This was the 2nd time that I stayed in this hotel and the service are way superb! The hotel staffs went to their extra miles to help me when I'm in need of help. The best part now they have 3 hotel staffs who could able to speak Bahasa Malaysia and I'm really grateful that i get to talk to their staff in Bahasa Malaysia. The hotel receptionist was super helpful. She went to the extra mile after my late check out to help and suggest me to book a cab using Bolt apps which the fares are way affordable than booking using grab apps. Really saved alot in my airport transportation. 10 stars to all the hotel staffs. I'm really super happy and satisfied staying in this hotel for the 2nd time and will stay here again in my future trips visiting Bangkok city.

Got Bitten by mosquitoes when i slept with my partner.

Clean, modern with easy access to the airport link train and central Bangkok. Muslim friendly with Halal options, Qibla direction and prayer mat in the room. Very helpful and nice staff. Close to 24h big grocery store and McDonalds

Nothing specific to property but the way to the airport link train you have to cross the train tracks with luggages which was actually fine

Everything is so perfect for my experience. Perfect location near my family and convenient stores all around. Love the access to the railroad lines. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Definitely would stay there again! Shout out to Nong Som for keeping my room clean and spotless.

Gym could use an upgrade w/ weights and equipment.

Easy access to Airport BTS. Plenty of restaurants local including supermarket. Nice room, good facilities and perfect for a one/two night stay. Good breakfast choices from early.

Quite a lot of road noise. Did not hear the trains but definitely car/bus/motorbike noise. Acceptable because this is Bangkok and traffic noise everywhere.

Location is very near to MRT and Airport Rail Link (Hua Mak station). Breakfast is Halal. About 15-20 mins drive ro Ramkhamhaeng Night Market. Room size is okay and able to fit in our child's extra bed. Nearby Suvarnabhumi Airport.

Breakfast could use a bit of variety as we stayed for 2 nights and it was more or less the same menu. Location is far from central but if you don't mind you can travel using the MRT.

Hotel is really nice and clean. Recent facility properly maintain. Very conveniently located at triple station. Real thanks to the Guest relation manager Mme Handbag if I recall properly. Room was clean and not to forget, the room service is excellent, food is really good and p[rice is very decent.

Modern sleek clean look. Attentive, friendly and patient staff. Small enough to feel cosy. Spacious room, easy access to trains, close to supermarket, massage house, food.

Quality materials, fittings and furnishings but the workmanship is poor. Such a shame.

Courteous service on arrival and departure.

An extra lift/elevator would be useful in the future due to the amount of guests using the existing ones.

Fantastic suite hotel!! Really good for money - they have upgraded our room to a suite and it was amazing!! Really big and with all the facilities including the hot tub included in the bathroom. Really appreciated the stay and we will come back.
