Close to Hua Maak station , Airport link and yellow line . You can be in the Center in 15min and 10 min to the airport BKK with public transport. The Apartment is quite big , comfy and clean. The Hotel stuff is more than friendly.

Loved the reaort was beautiful, it was exactly how it showed online ..IMMACULATE. The ambience and setting of the resort was amazing....Stunning,The pool,gym,sauna,restaurant rooms were A1... Room.was.cleaned everyday,was always immaculate,there were two young attendents at the front desk,Benz and Ice were exceptional at there jobs and were very attentative to my needs when I needed to know things..There understanding of English was good considering the language barrier...Both .Benz and Ice would go above and beyond to help me solve things which was very important to me,as working in hospitality myself,customer service is imperative always..As.word of mouth is the quickest and fastest way of promoting the Silver Palm Wellness Resort..The two young men,chef and his assistant were also great in teaching me to cook Pad Thai and Thai salad..Also Manager of restaurant was cool as well,always said hello to me which is also important the acknowledgement of people...There were a few others that were also nice while staying there,which made me feel comfortable as well...Blessings to Silver Palm.Wellness Resort...

There was a scenario about weighing my bags ,as i needed to know exactly how much weight I was carrying,so when arriving at the airport it wouldn't be stressful for me.as I like to be organised.But a lovely man came to my aid and solved things..Which I appreciated...Also it's good to have wet surface sign out when floors are wet,stops incidents and accidents..

We stayed at The Silver Palm for 30 nights and it was a real pleasure! The staff were super attentive, the establishment was very modern and clean and the location was great - 5 minutes walk to the station, or the staff were happy to take you there free-of-charge in their Caddy. Great selection of food, great vegetarian options and amazing cocktails! Outdoor lounge, gym and pool were all fantastic facilities. Would highly recommend and will definitely be staying again. Hidden gem, 15 minute train ride from the airport or to the centre of Bangkok!

We arrived at 7 a.m after a long journey and were happy to hear that the hotel offers showers before the room was ready. We used the hotel to relax and be close to the airport for our next flight. The Grab car took 20 minutes (and only 3 minutes to arrive), but there is also a metro station very close by and then it takes 15 minutes to get to the airport. Also close by is an area with a couple of shops and restaurants. The hotel driver was so kind and offered to bring us close to that area (south of the hotel) so we only had to walk 2 minutes. Although there is no need to leave the hotel as the food in the restaurant was tasty and had plenty of different choices and very fair prices. In general the staff was super friendly. The room was very spacious and clean and the whole facility was calm and surprisingly quiet for a hotel in BKK.

Cozy common areas, great staff, lovely room (we enjoyed our twin room with an unusual glass wall to the bathroom and a nice view). There are showers on the ground floor that we were graciously allowed to use when we came to pick up the bags before heading to the airport. We found the location very convenient with the airport link and the metro just a stone throw away. But they even offer a golf cart transfer to the station!

Pretty noisy from the mosque, the construction, and the major road nearby — but that’s Bangkok! The breakfast is OK but the breakfast space is very awkwardly organized. The bathtub is impossible to use due to its huge size and low hot water pressure. No drying rack for laundry.

Very warm welcome hospitality. Location is not so far from Airport , we went with taxi with no traffic jam. Nice swimming pool, not big but not small. hotel is located quiet area , no any shops around there just 7-11 at other side of main road but need to walk quite far to get other side by across at road bridge. Hotel has the golf cart to bring at shopping center of that area. If you want to go down town then airport Rail link Latkrabang is just 5 mins by walking then continue with BTS sky train at BTS Phayathai to other destination. Breakfast is fine and more options , staffs are friendly and helpful.

AAA+++ Silver wellness is an excellent hotel in an ideal location to explore Bangkok. A five minute walk takes you to Hua mak /Airport rail linking you to all of Bangkoks transportation. The Hotel also had a golf cart to take us to the Station. The restuarant at the Hotel served a great selection of Thai and Western food. The breakfast available was both Thai and western. There is a shoppig centre with restaurants, massage and supermarket, 10 minutes walk from the hotel. Overall I had difficulty faulting the Silver Wellness and will return on our next visit to Bangkok.

I loved how friendly the staff were! Everyone genuinely wants ypu to enjoy your stay. It is very clean, breakfast & All Of The Food is amazing and housekeeping is consistent throughout your stay! You can get a grab for £6/7 Into Siam near all the malls... The room was the best out of the 5 hotels we used in our stay! Comfortable bedss, 2 pillows on a single bed without having to ask and complimentary mini bar! We will be back

I Wish We Had Stayed There Longer

The room was large and fitted for long stay with a small kitchen. The bed was comfortable and they provided me with 4 pillows which I appreciated. Breakfast was good quality although the selection was not too diverse but tasted great. The staff at the reception and the restaurant were all friendly and helpful. You can also get coffee choices as if you're in a cafe i.e. cappuccino, espresso, latte included in the breakfast buffet. There were plenty of seats inside the small restaurant or on the terrace/pool area. I chose the external seating.

Location was a bit difficult to find even for a Bangkokian like me. I had to use Google map to follow and at night, it was easy to miss as the little Soi was not well lit and there was no clear sign of the hotel on the main road. If you missed the turn, i'll have to do another round of big u-turn. Please put a bigger signage on the main road and inside the soi where to turn to the hotel.

The staff was very helpful, friendly, courteous, and well, let's say amazing!! Hong, the nice young lady at reception and the young man at the cafe, was outstanding in their job, and their friendliness was second to none. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the restaurant's food was quite tasty. The location is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. The gym can adequately fit the need of any fitness buff. The swimming pool is small but quaint.

The room did not have a microwave to reward food, and the shower drained slow in my room. The place is off the beaten path, but they do offer free shuttle service.
