Rooms are spacious and within walking distance of the station. There is a night market and convenience store nearby. The rates are reasonable, and the large refrigerator and good air conditioning are very good.

There is no elevator.

The location was super convenient between Lumphini and Khlong Toei MRT stations, with nearby bus stops and 7/11 stores. Morning street vendors nearby offered delicious Thai food packs, and the hotel provided complimentary coffee and biscuits. The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with all the essentials like soap, shampoo, shower gel, tissue, and towels. There's even a fridge stocked with complimentary bottles of water – a lifesaver in the Bangkok heat. Plus, the room had a handy space for drying clothes, which came in really handy after a day of exploring.

the hotel doesn't have a lift, which might be inconvenient for guests with heavy luggage or mobility issues. Additionally, the soundproofing in the rooms wasn't the best – I could hear noise from other guests in the hallway, which disrupted my sleep at times.

I stayed here for like 5 or more times already. And the things I liked remained the same. Location: not so busy area but not so rustic - you have instant access to eateries, park (Lumpini Park!), and the rest of the city through MRT Lumpini. Comfort: While I always say other hotels I stayed in Bangkok I just booked to just have a place to stay and sleep at night, it's different here. I can choose to stay in my room and just relax. The space and bed are enough for that purpose. And again, the area is quiet, not chaotic (unlike Khaosan or Silom areas). Perfect for a relaxed vibe. Amenities: Ref, water heater, table (for remote work), cabinets. Simply good.

We were extremely pleased with the Annex Lumpini and very impressed by their staff and customer service and attention to detail. They were very easy to talk to and made sure our stay was excellent. The beds were SO comfortable we wished we could take them home with us. Great bathroom, loved having the mini-fridge, plus the desk, end table and little amenities. Fantastic location if you need to stay downtown. Super close to everything. Plenty of restaurants, parks, 7-11s, plus the MRT (subway) as well. We would totally recommend this hotel to anyone and were so happy and pleased with our stay there. Fantastic!

The only thing that comes to mind is that we said we wished the actual size of our room was a tiny bit bigger and our window didn't really have much of a view, but we always have zero expectations about that issue when staying downtown in Bangkok. And in fairness to the hotel, if we stayed in a different room, maybe the view is better and the room is slightly bigger but we required a room with 2 beds.

Staff friendly. There was a woman in reception, she was so nice! possible to wash clothes for free! We did not know and lady asked us where we were going with out dirty clothes - so we said ‘laundromat’ and she showed us to the back where we washed two times during our stay for free.

The shower was a bit small, just next to toilet so everything would get wet, but functional

The Gym was awesome, best one I've been to travelling. Also having access to using a communal laundry and drying racks was excellent. the coffee amenities and accessibility was lovely to have in the morning in the lobby, there was a wide comfortable outside smoking area. Inside the room the air con was strong and durable, and powerful, very happy. the balcony we had in our room to dry out clothes was very nice. All the staff were always happy, kind and able to lend a helping hand and such hard workers and so lovely. Thankyou for making our stay a memorable one.

Location was great walking distance to Lumphini Park, ONE Bangkok shopping center, MRT; the room was spacious with clothes hanger to dry clothes; free coffee dispenser and biscuits; facilities for washing machine, use of gym equipment and microwave for heating food; daily housekeeping services and quiet ambience away from the main road; cheap transportation from airport to the hotel totaling 60 baht only; and on the way to Lumphini MRT station there are many good food eating outlets for breakfast lunch and dinner.

No elevator, If you stay on the 5th floor, you have to walk up.

The very best option for this budget in Bangkok- The beds are very good, the studio has a desk to work, air-con is working fine, bathroom and room are clean with a little balcony. Coffee unlimited is offered, washing mashine for free and even a gym if you need- this is like a combo-

Staff won't apply any discount at the desk, but rather charge more expensive than Online- The manager prefers to loose money - OK, Khap ;) Make sure you book your entire stay online, to get the best rate-

It has everything I need for mixed business and leisure. Wifi, comfy bed, table and chair, spacious cabinets and drawers, ref, and water boiler. And the location is good, near MRT Lumphini. I'd like to jog when I am in Bangkok, and Lumphini Park is nearby. It's near Silom if drinking is what you want, too. And my room has windows and mini-balcony, so spending NY here is very comfy.

Wifi can be spotty in some areas in the room so I need to position the table when working. The bathroom could be nice if it was bigger; the space is cramped there. But these are not big deals, and I would definitely stay here again in the future.
