Nice and clean rooms. Pretty new and fresh. If you want your room to be cleaned, you should put a label on the door, otherwise it will not be cleaned. Cool breakfast. 10-12 minutes walk to the metro station and Lumpeni park.

No slippers in the room. No water in the room, even in cheap hotels they put water. Better to tell staff to inform visitors that they should put labels on the door if they want their room to be cleaned. Poor sound proof of the door from the corridor side

For the money, it was wonderful. The room was clean and had decent space and the breakfast was very tasty. The location was good for me personally because it was very close to my daughter's dorm, but it may not be so convenient for regular tourists. Still, it was only a five-minute walk to a metro station and there was a Seven-eleven right outside the hotel.

The shower door does not shut out water well and so each time I took a shower, the floor got quite wet. But not a huge problem at all.

It exceed my expectations! The room and bathroom were super clean, the bed was comfortable, the area was quiet so I had good nights of sleep. My laundry came back very clean too. Good value for money. Great staff!

The food at the restaurant could be better. The room is small, but for the price I think it’s fine.

Staff friendly to an extent , but would only honour a one hour extension for a late check out as I never booked through Accor website of which I am a member so that was kind of disappointing, I then sat in the reception lounge for 3 hours until it was time to leave , I feel that they could have been a little more flexible with my late check out

A correct hotel. It has everything that you might need but nothing that would blow my mind. Just a normal Ibis.

I ended up wanting to stay an extra night on New Year’s Eve and they found me a room which was amazing. Cleaning staff were kind and smiling and did a great job.

Not enough power points - only 2 and none beside the bed Breakfast was average - better to go to Frans next door for a great breakfast. Coffee from the machine was basically warm/ cold. Breakfast time ends at 10:30 on weekdays and 11 on weekends but they don’t tell you this so I turned up one day and missed breakfast because I was three minutes late and they were very inflexible about this and that was disappointing.

The hotel is a bit far from the airport, and a taxi ride will cost around 600-700 THB. However, it’s conveniently close to the Lumpini metro station, making it a great location for exploring the city. The food at the restaurant is absolutely delicious, and the staff are friendly and welcoming. Overall, a great stay!

The room felt quite small; as a solo traveler, I could manage, but for two people, it might be challenging to accommodate luggage and belongings comfortably. Additionally, there was only one plug point, which made it difficult to charge both my laptop and phone. It would have been more convenient to have a plug point closer to the bed. These aspects could be improved for a more comfortable stay.

Location and clean. Many nice restaurants around.

They require a 500baht deposit that I will receive back in up to a month's time. I think that is absurd. They have a copy of the passport during check-in, not sure why they need a deposit in case the customer breaks something. Absurd and doubt, at this point, if I'll see that deposit back ever as I paid it with a card. The sheets seemed washed but had many stains, like blood, I assume. I requested sheet change but this was overlooked. Those sheets should not be used if the stains cannot be completely removed. Bathroom and shower a bit small.

I stayed here for one night, and ai can say that it is nice place to stay with cat, insight room is a lot of places for cat to hide in. Comfortable bed, many little details that make sense. Strong wi-fi, good condition of furniture.

Little bit far from BTS and mrt, but it is ok.

No windows open so your stuck with Aircon Air for your stay. The hotel is loud, doors slam loud.
