This hotel had many useful amenities and nearby restaurants and convenience stores; even a 24/7 in-house restaurant. The AC worked very well too.

It wasn't possible to change the heat setting of the water heater in my bathroom, and the cold water pressure was too low. Meaning that you can only get lukewarm or scalding temperatures. Showering while having to constantly tweak the water tap to get hot/cold water was cumbersome.

The staff was extremely helpful and very kind. Its a small thing but they also put one of the two daily water bottle in the fridge, which was highly appreciated. We were allowed to keep our backpacks in the luggage storage before checkin times, and also after we checked out. The room was spacious, the bed was comfy, had a huge fridge and had everything we need (i wish it would had an electric kettle too). Also it was nice that they only changed sheet once asked (a card has to be put on the sheets)

It would have been nice to have some power socket next to the bed. Expect not so many sun over the pool due to the high buildings nearby.

Cheap and Cheerful. It is dated but very good value for money as half the price of the Ibis opposite and much larger rooms with comfortable beds. Housekeeping very good 10/10 Great location in Sathorn with variety of small restaurants and coffee shop. Also close to One Bangkok centre. Good restaurant Friendly staff Been a few times now

The neighbor guests of my room 308 was any nights more times at the very late night time very noisy. The doors are loud during closing the door by night. I have in my private apartment at home in Europe glued foam strips for a more silent closing doors.

The shower in my room 221 was not great and its a bit of a shame there tea/coffee Making facilities but over all good

the property had a great location! It was close to 2 7/11’s and near all the transport links which were super easy to use. The rooms were lovely and spacious. We booked 2 single beds and got a double and a single which was amazing. The beds were on the harder side however that wasn’t a problem for us. The pool was also very clean and was a great feature as it is super hot. The staff were super friendly and let us store our bags there for the day as we had a late sleeper train.

Have stayed here before and it does represent good value for money. Most of the staff are friendly and welcoming too.

It is appearing a bit jaded and in need of some TLC. Corridors leading to rooms are pretty grim! Restaurant staff are very nice but the food isn't top notch, to be honest!

Nice straff, nice restaurant. Ok swimming pool. No pool for kids. Old standard, not new but enough.

I have been coming to Malaysia for well over a decade now, but this was the first time after Covid. Little has changed, which is not a bad rhing. The room was big and clean, the bed comfortable, the shower efficient. My pool view was rather street view though, and you pay for it.

Quite a few of the loungers around the pool do not work any longer, with horizontal as the only position available.

Stayed in main block. Pleasant hotel, great location good pool. Didnt use restaurant but was busy. Hotel little bit dated but the price was exceptionally good value compared to the IBIS opposite and other hotels nearby.
