Everything was excellent from the start. Staff were kind and helpful, the room clean and comfy and the breakfast varied and delicious. Then there was an earthquake! The first one in Bangkok for at least 30 years I'm told. Here is where the staff went absolutely above and beyond! Despite having never experienced an earthquake before the staff (every single one that I could see) stayed calm and collected and focused on helping the guests. They knocked on doors to make sure everyone was out, they directed guests to the emergency stairs, handed out water on the way down and I even personally witnessed a staff member helping a man carry his wife down the stairs as another member of staff followed with her crutches. Once everyone was outside the hotel the emergency do not cross line was up in no time, staff were asking after guest's well being, somehow produced a chair for the lady on crutches and continued to hand out water. They also helped stop traffic and lead guests over the 4 lanes to the other side just in case. I would personally like to thank John, Ae, Zach and Nani for their exceptional treatment of me during the whole crisis. Once the building was safe to reenter, the staff were immediately manning the lobby desk to field questions and help as they were able. The elevators were non functional pending inspection which is clearly something the staff have no control over but they were still apologising for the inconvenience and in one case I witnessed helping a guest who asked for it get their luggage from the room despite having to climb up to the 30th floor. Everyone that wanted to check out was offered a refund on the rest of their stay but what amazed me as I chose to stay was that the next morning they had already cleaned the corridors of any debris from cracked walls and ceilings, were working hard on cleaning all the rooms and even had the breakfast service up and running!

The hotel rooms are located between the 20th and 30th floors, so even the lowest ones offer impressive views. At the very top, you'll find an infinity pool—perfect for cooling off and capturing stunning photos to impress your friends xD Rooms: Spacious, modern, and exceptionally clean, with breathtaking views. Staff: Incredibly friendly and attentive. Gym: Well-equipped with a variety of machines and facilities. Breakfast: Delicious, with a wide selection to satisfy every taste. Location: for us it was ok since we've seen Bangkoks best attractions already, we stayed couple of nights before moving on. Loved nearby food cour and 7-11 is inside hotel building. Hotel is 5 min walk from BTS station.

If this is your first visit to BKK be aware that taxi (cheapest way around city) takes around 20 min to get to khaosan road. It gets worse during rush hour. Hotel is not situated in tourist area. My personal dislike nomination goes to steel pool chairs, no mattress make them really not comfortable ( maybe that's the point. So everyone has chance to experience infinity pool)

The windows in my room were smeared with fingerprints and there was mold on the ceiling in the bathroom.😐 The hotel is a bit outdated, the area around the pool is a bit dirty, the buffet is poor due to the large number of tourists, breakfast probably needs to be at 7am to find clean untouched products 😆

Excellent location, facilities, rooms, service! The front desk staff led by Khun Suki are amazing, as are the concierge desk and housekeeping staff including Khun Jenny who took care of our room on the 32nd floor every day. The breakfast buffet is very good and everyone at the restaurant and top floor cafe are lovely - they remembered us from our previous annual visits and it really felt like being home again. The Quarter Ari is truly one of the nicest places we’ve ever stayed at - and we will return again and again. Excellent value for money!

very spacious rooms with amazing views of the skyline of Bangkok, there’s a 7-eleven and Starbucks down in the building, the roof terrace is really nice. There’s also a laundry station on the 34th floor.

Mentioned on Booking is that the rooms are soundproof, this is absolutely not the case. I could hear the people next to me talking and many other things. They also ask for a deposit of 1000 THB in CASH only. If you don’t have that they ask to use the ATM in the lobby with a lot of extra fees. Kind of weird for a hotel that has a sign from VISA in the lobby saying: “we prefer cashless”. Would’ve been better to be able to have a temporary hold deposit on a card. The location is good if you like the Ari neighborhood, but it is a bit far from the main attractions.

I've stayed in many hotels in Bangkok over the years and the quality has been variable, the price not always reflecting the quality of the hotel. But I think I may have finally found my Bangkok hotel for future visits. Arriving on a motorcycle I was directed to a parking area full of scooters. It took me 20 minutes of manhandling my motorcycle, larger than a scooter by about 40cm and with half the turning circle, into an available space without dropping it. After checking in, a brief chat with the hotel staff resulted in security plotting a space for me in the parking garage that I could use for the remainder of my stay – incredibly helpful. The hotel itself was spotlessly clean, the bed perfectly comfortable and pillows that actually felt like they provided support. Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of both western and Asian choices and an omelette station. The only minor issue I had was the gym facilities which seemed to be over-run every time I tried to get in there for a workout. Perhaps bad timing on my part? Heading back to Thailand for MotoGP in February and will be in Bangkok for a few days either side of a trip to Buriram – I will definitely be booking at The Quarter Ari.

The gym was a little overcrowded.

The stay was amazing! The property has a very nice and big gym, it is quite rare to this kind of nice gym in a hotel. The pool was pretty good, only thing to keep in mind is that the sun will shine at the pool from 12:30 til the evening. The breakfast has many options, egg station and coffee machines. The staff is super polite and very sweet. They give u a welcome drink coupon and you can choose between 2 non-alcoholic drinks at the rooftop bar. The hotel rooms locate on 23-32nd floor, so You will have a very nice romantic city view whatever room you get. Would definetely stay again! Btw I suggest going to the Saphan Khwai BTS area to get more local and cheaper food!

There is’nt enough pool chairs, the people will just wait to get the chair. That’s because there is not enough room to place more chairs.

Breakfast was great with a wide selection of both savory and sweet options. Welcome drink was a nice touch. This hotel is in an office building and occupies the upper floors of the office tower. Very handy to have 7-11, starbucks and cafe amazon on the lobby level. This property is on the bts line ari station making it very convenient to get around the city while at the same time being out of the touristic area and the extreme smogginess and pollution of bangkok

There was a very strange vibe there. Cleaning lady did not clean room even though we were out the whole morning until 1:30pm and wanted to clean room while we were in it at 2:30. Pool area very slippery and pool looked kind of murky and not super clean.

The property was in the perfect location for the metro as it was only a 5 min walk from the station. Staff were so lovely and the hotel and room were very clean. Bed was comfy, lovely views, very new gym, 7 Eleven, Starbucks etc at side of the hotel so very handy!

The pool on the rooftop unfortunately didn’t have the wrap around glass, we were thinking it might have got damaged during the earthquake a few weeks prior which is completely understandable but the only measure that was put in place was red and white tape on one part and a tiny barrier on another part which didn’t make us feel too safe!

Huge room with good air conditioning. Breakfast is great with lots of food varieties which is far better than other hotels, my views. Good location with just a few mins walk from the closest train station (Ari). Front desk staff are courtesy and pleasant. Restaurant staff are courteous and helpful too. Patrick of the Concierge Desk is super helpful and efficient in helping us to arrange taxi to send us to airport on departure day.

There's cigarettes smell albeit it's a non-smoking room as hotel advised. Slight issue with water pressure in bathroom but it's not a big deal.
