Old but beautiful. Nice staff. Full facilities & very comfy bed. Delicious breakfast. There is parking lot. The most I loved is the bar named ‘Nightcap’ at 3rd flr. This bar have good atmosphere that gived me calm and relax feels. Hotel offered a free welcome drink for guests and you can get it here.

The bathtub and shower faucets are difficult to use. I often turn them on and off incorrectly. But it's not a big problem and can be ignored.

The hotel is in an amazing location. I stayed here for 2 nights to attend a concert. The rooms are super cosy and the bathroom is amazing. They provide bath robes, slippers which was a plus. I was given a corner side room on the 10th floor with the view of the entire city. I saw amazing sunrise from the windows of my room. I was staying alone here and it felt super safe! If I ever come back again for a concert in the Rajamangla Stadium, this will be my go to hotel.

Food options could have been a little better.

They charge you if you get stains on the towels, my daughter had a serious accident and I had to fly over from the UK, she got a small amount of blood on a couple of towels, they took pictures, showed us and charged us, extremely embarrassing and considering the circumstances quite unpleasant

Good location, good value for money, spacious room with big bed, nice view of city from 9th floor. Good WiFi and has a nice restaurant and bar.

No smart t.v did have quite a few English movie channels.

Very comfortable spacious room and enjoyed the night cap bar too.

The gym equipment needs updating and is very rundown.

I extended my stay over a week, and I really enjoyed the room and the location. I liked the feel of luxury, and the staff was very nice and elegant. It was very close to the cosmetic clinic that I was attending. A perfect place to stay if you have business to do in Bangkok.

Calm atmosphere and friendly, helpful staff

my room was a bit noisy from the freeway in the early morning but they changed me to a quiet room
