There is a noticeable issue with strong, old smells lingering throughout the property. This detracts from the overall experience and could be a concern for some guests. I hope the management takes prompt action to address this issue, as it would greatly improve the ambiance and comfort of the stay. Otherwise, it’s a quiet and family-friendly spot that offers a break from the city's chaos.

The property was great. My suite upon arrival wasn't very clean. The walls were dirty, the bedroom walls had blood from guests killing mosquitoes. The living room furniture was old and worn. The sofa cushions were dirty. I let the front know that we weren't satisfied with the condition of the room. We went downstairs for dinner and when we returned there were 3 staff in our room cleaning and painting the walls. We were completely impressed. When they were done, it was like a brand new suite. They even changed out the furniture. The building was completely safe after the earthquake. They sent every room a letter assuring us that the inspection the next day went well. And the breakfast was excellent. The only complaint is that the beds were to firm, and the pillows to soft. But, I didn't wake up with a sore back. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Bangkok. Thank you SC Park for taking care of us.

The hotel room was so clean, tidy and spacious, they clean the room properly everyday. Massage and spa is highly recommended with friendly and polite massuers. Pool water was clean, clear and routinely checked. Breakfast was ok with enough diversity of food and filled time to time. The hotel in overall was modern, affordable and meet our expectations in many ways.

Staff was polite and friendly, but not proficient enough in communicating in english, which was sometimes annoying for asking for the services or the address. Bathroom was a bit lower than our expectations, it was too small and the shower head was loose. Room also smells a bit moldy and there was not so much way for air circulation in and out the room. There was not dryer or drying racks, which was not convinient for anyone using a pool and need to dry swimsuits.

I had a fantastic stay at SC Park Hotel in Thailand! The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring that every need was met with a smile. The hotel's facilities were excellent, with a beautiful pool, well-equipped gym, and great dining options. The atmosphere was peaceful, making it a perfect place to unwind after a long day. The only small downside is that the hotel is a bit far from Bangkok city center, so travel times can be a bit longer. However, if you're looking for a quiet and comfortable stay with top-notch service, SC Park Hotel is a great choice! I would definitely stay here again.

Ideal location for my purpose to visit Bangkok. Walking distance to get sundries and easy access to public transport. I got a 75% off deal to stay for 6 nights from BKK so it was good value for money for the price I paid but I probably cannot afford it at full rate.

Breakfast was ok, it perhaps could be more interesting but there was at least a lot of variety for continental or Thai breakfast. Difficult to go around taking taxis because some destinations I had to go to were unfamiliar to local drivers. I relied on grab - paying a premium to ensure that ride i get has a gps-aided map.

It was the 3rd time I stayed here & I was really impressed that the staff remembered me & what sort of room I liked. The rooms are large & well equipped & the hotel is convenient for the airport. The breakfast is fantastic.

No problems with the hotel, but I wouldn’t recommend the East Ocean in-house restaurant, as they added 7% tax and 10% service to the bill. I didn’t experience this anywhere else in Thailand. The menu prices are not the same as what you pay! Stick to the restaurants in neighbouring streets instead.

Pool amd garden are nice chill out places. breakfast very good quality coffee particularly. junior suite spacious with double bathrooms!!! Mr. Manaschai manager super helpful and friendly as always. located well for food options It's very easy hotel to stay/like. My 5th or 6th time. Good value mid range hotel.

Breakfast was good. But it gets a little boring after eating the same food for 7 days. would be good to have another hot station beside the eggs, maybe like a noodle station.

For the price I paid, everything was quite decent, maybe need to air the room a bit more, there's a musty smell due to the hot humid weather, of course, the dehumidifier did help a little. Would be good if the staff could help bring my Grab food/purchases to my room. (Good to have, not a must)

Facilities were good. Staff was very nice. Manager was excellent and was able to problem solve as well as anticipate issues.

Not enough lighting in the room, but specially in the bathroom since there was no window in the bathroom. The fact that room service staff spoke no English or such limited English that I always had to be transferred to a 2nd person to be able to get my order across. Wi-Fi kept logging out and had to re-log-in….though that may be a device specific issue….not sure. Food could use an improvement! Specially Thai food….I would expect that at least Thai food should be excellent.

The staff were welcoming and accommodating; the facilities were clean, spacious and pleasant. I went for business, but ended up staying a few extra nights because the service/s, facilities (pool, gym, spa...), staff and management were all welcoming and easy to get along with - always smiling and ready to accommodate. A very special thanks to the manger for assisting me with addressing the alteration with my booking - Thank You Sir!

This isn't an issue with the hotel, but it's located far from the city centre (which is ideal for a quiet stay or business conference - which was the purpose of my stay); that said, getting transportation was easy; however, traffic can be an issue (may I recommend using scooters, either Grab or rental as they can navigate traffic jams better...).
