I booked the King Suite 34 sqm which separates the living room from the bedroom. I was put on 21 fl. and the view was nice facing towards the highway going into center of Bangkok. There were sofa, tv and dining table as well as fridge in the living rooms. Bedroom has a king size comfy new bed with 2 side tables with lamps. Even though the bathroom is a bit small and the door opening block the entry into the toilet area, it's clean with great shower facilities & ventilation fan. All in all, we were glad to be able to book & stay at this hotel in the last minute going to Bangkok on a short trip.

The hotel is new as well as the staff, so you might have to wait a bit during check in. And since there're 3 buildings with the hotel located at the middle of the walkway into the area, you have to walk a bit further from Ramkhamhaeng Road. The central air conditioning in front of the door entry area is too loud & you wouldn't be able to lower that as the hot weather, I'd recommend you booking a suite instead of the normal 24 sqm. room which is too small & loud air conditioning noise. If possible, the hotel should provide like 4 bottles of water instead of 2 as it's kind of not convenience to carry from 7-Eleven going up 21 fl.

A bit disappointed at first that their pool and gym were in construction though the weather didnt really allow for pool days anyway The air conditioning in the room was the main problem, didnt really do anything at all and it was very hot inside thats the only minus

the hotel goes through a soft opening so some processes aren’t in place in my opinion - upon check in they asked me a deposit which was not mentioned on my reservation - they acknowledged and didn’t charged it to me. Little things that do not reflect the 4 stars hotel treatment as of now (pool not open, gym not open) ! But overall very good

It's a nice hotel. It's got a private drive so you don't have to feel too rushed getting out in the road. The rooms are nice and comfy. The shower and toilet are in two separate rooms, and the sink is outside of both, which is nice. There are 7/11 nearby for essentials and food.

No early checking in. The power in the room requires a room key to remain inserted, so the room can get a bit hot while out.

Overall, the hotel being brand new was very nice and I enjoyed my stay. The rooms are clean. The beds are great. The overall facility is set up well.

The restaurant offering is very poor. There is a very limited menu that's the exact same as the room service menu. As for the breakfast buffet it's a limited offering.

The staff was very nice, the design of the rooms. Comfy bed. Hot shower and nice bathroom. Lots of street food nearby and a mall. The local feeling and prices.

Liked everything, it will be even nicer when the swimming pool and gym gets ready. And when the BTS station gets ready it will be excellent ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Great property. Clean and comparable to 5 star. Amazing rooftop space with infinity pool. Good service. Good location. 7/11 below the building and coffee shops and street food outside the gate but not too far. Also, a food court nearby. We stayed in August 2025 and the price was just too good.

It’s an affordable hotel that does what it’s designed to do.

It’s a hotel that’s too far from the city center, expect to pay $10+ round trip and spend 40 minutes a day commuting to get to downtown Bangkok. They didn’t offer complimentary bottled water.

Breakfast need more international options for foreigners that are not used to Thai food. And I wish there were more selection of fruits.

Coffee served at breakfast was instant coffee, I wish there was at least filtered coffee.

Everything was good & confortable , breakfast also was amazing

The problem was that is was not any smoking room , also location was far from all places of intertainment
