Location was near the Rajamangala Stadium (where we watched a concert) and we were able to walk back to the hotel from the stadium as traffic was so bad. There was also a grocery store and a KFC nearby. The room was also quite clean, with water and coffee available. The beds were comfortable. Most of the staff were nice and helpful.

We could hear kids running on the floor above. One of the staff at the reception was quite rude when I was checking in.

I was here for a short stay for my journey Bangkok-Koh Chang. Very glamorous and nice hotel. The restaurant was closed, but there was a good restaurant nearby (restaurant Sophia)

Please be aware of the fact this hotel runs shifts for women and men to swim seperate. Women can swim every morning until 12.00h.

could be a little noisy in the corridors . Chinese tourists seem to not understand the need to be quiet when on corridors particularly late evening. early morning . Little misleading on the facilities. Swimming pool and fitness actually in sister hotel next door.

Near to halal food restaurant and this hotel is Muslim Friendly. Clean room, good service by the bellboy and receptionist. Waiter and waitress very helpful during our breakfast time! Thank you.

Aircond at our room 1426 very noise but its okay not a big problem for us. But still need to check and repair it before you guys get a complaint from another customer.

Near to halal hotel & food. Easy to get a cab and a walking distance to the BTS station. The place is a bit quiet at night and the Thai halal restaurant opposite the hotel serves delicious food. Staffs are friendly and responded fast when we complaint on the air-cond problem.

The toilet has a strange stinky smell upon entering the room. The room is not sound proof so you'll hear people chatting outside clearly. Breakfast is a bit pricey for the choices they had.

I like breakfast, it's different every day, I stayed for 4 nights. Though I had an issue with not cleaning my room but the staff resolved it, the staff are really nice. They find ways for a fast solution to the problem.

The toiletries are not enough for 2 guests. Very small in size and they will give you like 1 shower gel, 1 lotion,1 shampoo, 1 shower cap. How can we share those if we are 2 in a room..and you need to take a bath twice a day. Otherwise, bring your own toiletries. If you did not ask for bathroom tissue, no replacement. But, if you call the reception they will send one..

Everything but I have one question. I booked 3 rooms - 2 king rooms & 1 queen room. So there were 3 pax in each king room. On the second day of breakfast, the staff said we can eat the breakfast for free for the third person in each king room. Now I'm confused, do we need to pay or not?

Hotel was clean and comfortable & overall staff service was great

Breakfast food and drink taste and choices were poor. Breakfast service was disappointing at the hotel in stark comparison to the other hotel staff. Only had hotel breakfast once and not having it again. Instead opted to wait till 10am and have breakfast at cafes outside the hotel.

I like breakfast which is halal and great, room service is good and receptionists were nice, they have options for USD exchange also. Easy check-in. I got it for/ day 999 bath including breakfast, which is a good deal for me. Sea food in Almiraz is great.

The room is not much big for doing Salah and conjusted When we order a taxi, or food through grab, it will go directly to almiraz hotel, which is in the same compound 250 meters next to this hotel . There is no swimming pool and Restaurant in this Hotel, We have access to the swimming pool in Al miraz which we need to carry things there by walking. No balcony or view is available here.

Located within easy walking distance of train station, shops restaurants etc. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was plentiful and varied.

We expected a swimming pool, but it was actually 100 metres up the road in another hotel!!
