Just the fact the location was little inside. Far away from chinatown .

When you enter this hotel you will be greeted by cordial 'sawadee' from the personnel and refreshed by very efficient air-conditioning. Rooms are neat and tidy and there's enough living space there. Their swimming pool on the top floor is a great experience. There's a bus stop (for a travel to the city center) just a few yards away and a train station to get to the airport (and city center, both are in opposite directions) is not too far either. Options for grocery shopping and catering are numerous in really close vicinity. For my next trip to Bangkok this hotel will be my choice again. The Clash fans take note: this hotel is less than 10-minute walk from a place where the iconic picture for the 'Combat Rock' record cover was taken!!

Beautiful room in a new hotel.

Windows are not soundproofed, you can hear the traffic all the time. It always took us at least 45 minutes by cab to get anywhere, e.g. DMK airport, BKK airport and other parts of the city closer to the old town.

Had good sleep, the bed was comfy. I'd say it's an okay option to stay if you're not too picky. The rooftop view was super nice.

The hotel gave some mixed feeling. Some things reminded 5-star hotel vibe, for example, rooftop bar and restaurant felt very fancy, other was quite basic. I booked a room with a balcony, but the balcony was a joke. To get there you need to jump over a high barrier. And the air conditioning device takes almost half of the space. Also the room is super dark, for some reason big part of the window/door to the balcony is covered with some decoration, limiting day light. Probably I didn't discover the advantages of the location, but I stayed in much better areas for the same cost.

The room was very comfortable. Good prize. Good location. Everything was very clean.

Gorgeous room with views of the city. The staff are super friendly and always on hand as the reception is 24 hours. Rooftop pool is lovely although it could do with a few more beds as it was quite busy and people were having to lay on their towels. Location is great for local buses and just a 10 min walk from nearest train (city link and airport line). Will definitely stay here again!

Everything was fantastic.

This hotel is excellent value for money, exceptionally comfortable bed, great facilities in the room, gym and rooftop pool. The sta ff were lovely, especially Mai on reception. The hotel is a little out of town but a very cheap taxi ride away from the city centre. Would absolutely come back if in Bangkok again.

Very modern and stylish. Bed was very comfortable and just what we needed after a 14 hour flight.

Not a bad location but centre is accessible by 10/15 min taxi which is the only negative thing I can say

A little bit far from the centre, not a big problem, grab a taxi and enjoy the ride!

The building was new and everything in it was new to. Good and stylish interior style with good comfortable beds. A little bit from the centre walking.
