The café was conveniently located right next to our hotel, making it easy to visit anytime. The BTS station was just a short 5-minute walk away, with a direct 20-minute train ride to BKK airport. Our room was decent and offered good value for money, with the air conditioning working perfectly to keep us comfortable. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

Our stay was for 5 days and everything was going well until the 4th night, when guests checked in next door and turned our peaceful stay into a nightmare. From midnight until 4 am, there was loud music and constant banging. I complained to the staff, who came and kept knocking on their door, but nothing changed. Many other guests also came out to complain, yet the staff could do nothing to stop the disturbance. The worst part was that the next day was our flight, and I had three young children whose sleep was completely disturbed because of the noise. What should have been a relaxing end to our trip turned into a sleepless and stressful night.

We stayed for a total of 9 nights at BBHouse Klongtan and we were more than happy with our choice. The location is very easy to get to from Suvarnabhumi Airport (you have direct line Airport Rail Link with train station just 7 minutes of walking from the hotel). The staff was amazing (even had free early check-in because the room was not occupied the night before). Also very close to ferry pier, so it makes it easy to move around the city no matter if you choose train or ferry (also cheap to get around using bolt or grab). Perfect choice for keeping a good budget on accommodation. We only have one piece of advice, try to get a room with back street view (the ones with main street view are very noisy).

The hotel is located a short walk from the airlink train station and a pier for the river bus service into the city centre. The hotel is beautifully decorated throughout with eye-catching art work. The room was very clean and quiet. I had the best night's sleep on a very comfortable bed with Egyptian cotton sheets.

I was surprised there were no leaftlets available promoting tourist attractions/tours in the city. The wifi in my room cut out a few times and the bathroom could do with a touch up.

The Room and Hotel looks clean and spacious for Singles and couples , also have nearby facilities like Airport link ,Restaurants and markets. Very convenient to travel in and around. Staffs are very polite and helps the customers if they required anything in the hotel service

The one side of the hotel rooms falls on the Road and the signal , so the whole night we hear the noises, sometimes it will disturb your sleep

I absolutely loved the room! Clean, tidy and just looks really nice in general. Nice choice of TV channels. The location is also amazing - really close to the airport train! And with many street food options around. The design of the hotel itself is soooo cute and nice! And outside too! Plenty of space in the lobby to chill. And it feels really cozy. The staff is also super friendly and nice. Overall an amazing experience!

Nothing. Like, nothing bad at all! I loved everything!

Easy access from the airport: 15 mins train and 5 mins walk (but the walkway condition is not good). Friendly staff and they kindly prepared us a quiet room for our arrival after a long flight. There are many local food places and the water boat station to the town center is just 5 mins walk.

A guest who was staying the next room came into our room. He used his room’s key to unlock our room. The luggage storage area is fully opened and there is no label for the deposit. It’s a self service like deposit.

Walking distance to the Ramkanghaeng airport link, Saen Saep Khlong station, bus station, and easy-to-flag taxis. The receptionist and staff were accommodating. Late check-in was possible. Our room was quiet near the fire escape.

Parking was limited and sometimes had to park on the road. The side facing the road and overpass was noisy. No laundromat at the hotel but there was one nearby. No security guard. They have limited breakfast options. Dark hallway.

Well located next to the canal and the airport line which also connect you with the MRT so everything is close. There’s a number of small restaurants around the hotel they close at night, but there’s also seven. Funky art and furnishings.

This area Bangkok is very busy with traffic and sidewalks kinda rough the walk ability score would be low although not terrible. Heavy traffic out front means constant noise in your room. The theatre which they advertise is not operational at present as of February 2024. There is a small restaurant on the ground floor with southern food and a coffee station in the lobby.

- No breakfast available, but there is a café just next to the hotel which offers breakfast items, so no problems at all - Bathroom didn't have a soap or soap dispenser next to the basin, so you had to take the soap from the shower which was a bit of a hassle - I had requested a "quiet room" away from the elevators to minimize the noise of "foot traffic", unfortunately they didn't consider this, so I initially got the room just next to the elevator (opposite). When I went to the reception, the lady agreed to change it and I got a room like I requested and all was good. Just a pity they don't organize this properly beforehand. In any case: This was my second stay here and for this price I would definitely come back. It's a safe, good enough hotel.

Value for money. Very close to Ramkhamhaeng Station and Ramueng Pier. The station has direct link to Suvarnabhumi International Airport, cheap, quick and easy. From the pier, boat to Pratunam is atmospheric and traffic free. . There is a great night food market at the station which serves mostly Thai people, which is high quality, enormous selection, inexpensive and a 7-11 at the food market for drinks purchase. Just behind the hotel, 'Sunny Cafe' serves great coffee and western breakfasts. Walk from station with luggage is uneven but doable. If you're getting a cab, it's difficult to stop on the main road, Phetchbauri. Get dropped at the back entrance, on the lane Soi Khlong Tan Mosque. The hotel allowed us to leave suitcases for free when we left for a week, which is very generous.

The room was in the small size but at the price, great value for money. The area is an authentic Bangkok neighbourhood, few tourists. I've been to Bangkok many times so that suited me, but if it was my first stay, I'd prefer an area on the Chao Phraya River, nearer to the sights, like the New Siam Ii, New Siam Riverside or New Siam Palace Ville guesthouses in Banglamphu. If you want to be near Suvarnabhumi International Airport, you couldn't do better than BBHouse.
