My company booked this hotel for me in a Deluxe C room. It was amazing for the price—everything felt just like home. I decided to stay one more night, but the Deluxe C rooms were fully booked. So I booked a Deluxe B instead, which was a little cheaper. When I checked out of the first room, the receptionist told me I could stay in the same room. That kind of kindness is rare! But since I had already packed and moved, I stayed in the Deluxe B. It was also a huge room with all the channels. I’ll definitely recommend this hotel to everyone. The staff are very nice and helpful. I’d give it 10 stars if I could!

It was spaceous, had everything I needed to be self sufficient. Front desk staff.very friendly. Security on the door very accommodating. Even leaving the premises and walkilng out to the main road. The boom was raised for me and the guard Saluted me.

I guess the only thing I could say is that its a bit far from downtown areas I wanted to revisit. This other thing could be a bonus or a dissadvantage depending on the person. But it is in more of a local area. Consequentally no one speaks English. So take your translator. I am refering to outside the hotel. Front office staff have a good grasp of English. Unfortunately I left a shaving strop in my room. A leather strap for sharpening a straight razor. I called the hotel and they said they had it. So it was sent by courier to the hotel I had moved to. I paid for the courier and when I got the package. It was two plastic disposable razors. Very dissapointed about that. I did not even have a disposable razor in my room. Why would I ask for that to be sent to me?

Feindly staff, good breakfast. Clean room. Supermarkets nearby. Free shuttle to airport railway link.

Hotel is well located, but the construction at the back is an eyesore.lots of noise even at night.

so spacey and the jacuzzi is a plus but didn’t really function right

no plates and utensils which you will expect since there’s a kitchenette

Kitchen doesn't have much utensils however the staff gave to us whatever we needed No much to do in the area but taxis to go anywhere are affordable

Very spacious modern room with a fantastic view over Bangkok. We had a very nice stay here over New Year. 10min walk to the airport rail link. 5 mins to the river boat. Short tuk tuk ride to Sukhumvit (depending on time of day). Ideal place for anyone familiar with Bangkok. We would stay again.

Gym and pool area was a little dated. Could do with some TLC. Minor issue though

Nothing major. The kitchen didn't have pots, pans, cutlerly etc so we couldn't really use the kitchen.

Room was fantastic with two generous sized bedrooms with attached bathroom. Daily room was set-up and water bottles were provided as a complimentary. 24 hours reception service was also available.

Breakfast, and communication gap. We are vegetarian, didnt had much option for vegetarian people, the only food i had was bread with jam. Our family didn't even have our breakfast one day out of three. For Example: They gave me room with broken washing machine. The room assistant told us about broken washing machine as soon as we have entered. I didnt used that service for two days. But on third day I have contacted reception stating that i need to wash my laundry. They have sent someone upstairs however that person didnt know English he just came check, talk over the phone, and left. I have just let it go didnt do any laundry.

Beaut pool. Very satisfactory breakfast. Diligent house maids.good views. Near 7/11 & a few cheap & good restaurants. Helpful staff. Comfy bed & big suite with balcony. Good shower.

Exorbitantly priced drinks in restaurant Food prices OK but we ate outside because of drinks. Quite far from "downtown" but BOLT handles that. No plates, utensils etc makes provided cooking facilities useless.

The room was very nice and had all facilities you need. Breakfast buffet was basic but nice omelette and cappuccino made up for this. The hotel and room could do with a renovation but overall it was excellent. The most amazing part of the hotel is the staff…they where all very friendly and helpful and went beyond what we asked. Special thank you to the trainee had the door who was amazing every day and to Sine who worked in the restaurant. Very helpful and caring for customers. Thank you

Maybe the hotel is in need of renovation. I have seen some negative comments about location but I can tell you the location is good…5 min from train link and you get in the center of Bangkok in 15 min
