New hotel it was recently opened, Rooms were clean, modern and spacious with comfy beds. The staff was helpful when needed. Approx 5 minutes walking to 7/11 you just need to cross the road

Shower drain is bad, if two person had to take a shower the bathroom will be filled with water (this issue was in both of the rooms which I booked). If you are in the bathroom you can hear the noise if some flush from up floor. I was excited to use the rooftop swimming pool but when I arrived I came to know that because there was no lifeguard It was closed and I wasn’t allowed to go there. No irons so it’s better to bring yours.

The name Shenzhen attracted me to the hotel since I am from Hong Kong. It's brand new and looks modern with the interior and exterior LED lights. Room, including bathroom, is spacious and clean. Price is very reasonable in my standard.

No way to get there without taxi/bike. The elevator was not working properly: sometimes I cannot get my floor because it doesn't recognize my room card.

Housekeeping daily. Lovely staff. The housekeeper on 11F was amazing. Good air conditioning, front desk attentive, rooms are new, wifi worked well

the amazingly friendly and helpful staff. the roof pool is fabulous.

the bedroom doors close with a loud bang and the 2 small lifts can get busy in the mornings
