Very big and comfortable bedding, pillow comes in 2 sizes, bathroom is clean as well. Sufficient toiletries were provided. Reception at the check in counter were very warm and friendly.

If you are a light sleeper, I would suggest you to reconsider. I am a light sleeper so I was constantly disturbed by the noises outside the hotel (motorbikes) on the road (not the hotel fault tho). Another minus point for me, no coffee or tea was provided. Just water.

the view. the restaurant on the rooftop is nice. The sunset/sunrise. I stayed awake to see the sun rise. This aparthotel is good for a short stay. But you can defo hear the traffic.

the cleanliness and the gym could be available 24/7. I don't get the opening hours. And taxi drivers won't find the location with the adresse given on booking.com Try: Glow Hotel Sukhumvit 71 Because we had a 2h Search upon arrival.

The hours on the fitness room were unnecessarily restrictive. There is no reason they could not allow people to use the fitness room 24 hours a day. Their security guard seems to be the person holding the keys and would of course be present at all hours of the day.

I chose room with balcony and of course its price rate is higher than non-balcony room, but I couldn’t use it because all doors were locked. When I asked, the staff told that it’s owner’s policy to not open doors to balcony. So, this is not fair for customers as the we didn’t get what we paid for :(

they have a plumbing issue and the whole apartment was stinking. we had to ask them to get it fixed. or give us another room. it was a very uncomfortable night because of the smell

Nice atmosphere in the Restaurant. Location was convenient for what I needed.

Check in took a long time. They made us all wait in the Lobby till 14.00 - there we are least 30 people waiting. The windows to the room where very old and not soundproof at all - lots of noise in the room. Also very noisy from the floor, as the door was not insulated as well and the whole night there were people coming and going and doors clicking, etc. Room was very basic furnished, no soap in the bathroom....

Very unpleasant experience this morning when checking out. I had asked the day before my departure for a taxi to the airport. I was asked at the reception for 500 baths for the transfer, which I paid. At the end of the transfer to the airport, the driver asked me for 500 baths, which I had already paid the day before at the hotel. It is UNACCEPTABLE that the information is not correctly shared, I found myself paying 1000 baths for a simple transfer to the airport!!! I had the reception of the hotel which did not help me at all, I explained them that I had given a deposit of 500 baths + the expenses for the taxi of 500 baths. And they didn't know how to explain me what the problem was, nor how I could be reimbursed for this double payment.
