Perfect hotel for those in transit to and from Suvarnabhumi airport, a stone's throw from the hotel there is the train stop that gets there in half an hour, at the ridiculous price of 30bath, avoiding traffic problems and unreliable taxi drivers (pay attention to the times of the first and last rides). In the surrounding area there are also restaurants and the omnipresent, excellent, Thai street food.

Noisy rooms, with windows directly placed on the streets and not well isolated, but is not a big problem actually. Deposit fee, 500bath, only cash. If you are leaving thailand it means that you have 500bath forced to spend on the way. Also this is not a big deal, but it's better to know it before.

Nasa is the perfect hotel when landing in BKK , direct metro train from BKK and you are there in 20min. Easy access from Metro terminal to hotel , less now as since June or July a fire destroy the easy access but, just need to cross the road and you are there. They are rebuilding the 7/11 nearby and repainting the stabucks and the nice access might be open by december 2024. Anyway have another 7/11 not so far. Nice market with many foods near Tops Supermarket , 700m from hotel. Many bus lines stoping there but need some experience to understand how it works and fares. Non AC is 20 bahts and blue buses 30 Bahts payment by cash only. Room itself , nothing to say , a little bit aged but non bugs, good bed , hot water , daily cleaning , one of the best offers in Tv channels congrats to the staff who had the idea and made it, channels from Thailand and a nice worldwide channels panel ! Staff solve things fast if problem. My kettle was dead and new one came 10 min after. Use of english is good , i even heard one of the girls talk in Mandarin with a client. Resuming , all good and will be back

Just 1 little thing, some heaters in Nasa cannot really control the temperature of hot water , so , in some rooms , must play with the faucet to not get burn.

Location and price are great. The hotel was Very clean and Efficient. Shame the overhead walkway to the station is shut. It requires crossing a sometimes busy road with baggage. Not the hotel's fault but a risk nevertheless. I ended up staying 3 nights.

Evening meal was T-bone steak with veg and fries. I was not feeling well at all but was hungry. I had spent most of the day in my room.. I just wanted to eat some good food and return to my room. The plate and thin tasteless steak were very COLD, The veg and sauce were vaguely warm the fries were the only element that felt like they had seen some heat. I finished my meal fearing that if I said something I would then have to wait whilst they stuffed the lot in a microwave and further mess up the meal. What a shame to have to leave such a review. Very Disappointed. Whilst I'm here I would like to say that the eggs in the morning were also cold. Not sure if this is a national preference?

It's not as close to the airport as it seems, it's far from all the center of Bangkok

We chose the place primarily for the location, to quickly go to the airport on the last day, and it was perfect. In general, surprisingly for such a low price that we paid, it was really a proper starred hotel, with a friendly concierge, reception, and breakfast area (buffet breakfast was actually pretty good, with both European and Thai food present, and turned out to be a great option for starting the day). Our room was on the 14th floor, with quite some view (though the area is a tad remote from the city center). We could still hear the trains passing by below, but just barely, and not disturbing at all. Wifi was great, AC was excellent and quiet, room was clean. And on a last day we were allowed to store our luggage for longer in the secure area, a nice touch.

That's very subjective and really unimportant, just some feeling of slight "abandoness" in the corridors. Maybe it was just the lights, or corridor design. Hard to explain, just don't expect the whole atmosphere of luxurious five-star hotels.

Hotel located along the Bangkok Airport Rail Link line, so very convenient to reach the airport. The rooms are spacious and clean. The bed is comfortable and there is a refrigerator inside the room. Two bottles of still water are provided daily for free. Air condition is working properly. The staff is friendly.

Some rooms, despite being located on the upper floors, can be noisy due to heavy traffic and various noises coming from the street. So if you are a light sleeper, it is advisable, when booking, to specifically ask for a room that overlooks the quietest part of the hotel. In addition, you can hear a lot of noise coming from the corridor, but this is not caused by a lack of the hotel but by the rudeness of other guests. It would be appreciated to place a bedside table next to the bed!

Located very close to Airport rail station, canal boats and not so important - to buses. The room was very big, a large, comfortable bed, it was clean, it was quiet, it was open all hours, it had good breakfast and a market about 300m away with great street type food. The rail bridge was out so to cross the road either walk 140m to another pedestrian bridge or, do what I did, cross by myself or wait for others from the train or from elsewhere an cross with them. It worked out well.

The 7 - 11 on the rail station has been under repair for months and none to take its place nearby. The hotel badly needed its own 7-11 type store in its own lobby to serve drinks, snacks, ice-cream etc late at night.

We enjoyed our stay at NASA Plus, definitely the hotel is situated in very convenient area. and the hotel staff were very nice and friendly to us. The room was exactly what we expected; with a very comfortable bed. The airport is quoit close to NASA, we used the sky train right from Swarnabumi airport to NASA. there is a sky walk from train station to the property and didn't have walk a lot. it was our fourth stay at NASA. We wish to go back to Bangkok, and will definitely stay at the NASA. We wish thank NASA staff for making us happy during our short stay at NASA. Mr and Mrs Taylor.

It will definitely help to get the room service back on track, like it used to in the old days.

The hotel is in a good location near to the airport link and is a good location for us and reasonably priced when needing somewhere to stay when arriving or leaving the airport. On this occasion we were on the 12th floor. The room was not that big but was suitable for our needs. Having breakfast available if required is helpful.

The air conditioning was mostly very noisy all the time when in use during our stay and would not have used this room for more than one night. I would have asked for a room change if staying for a longer period. The breakfast toaster would benefit from an upgrade.
