THE ROOM WAS EXCELENT AND CLEAN ,IT HAS A VERY GOOD VIEW

IT IS VERY FAR FROM THE SHOPPINGS CENTERS

- Friendly staff from the moment we checked in till checked out - Seamless check in/check out process, very accommodating - Breakfast option was aplenty and delightful - In dining room service was excellent and value for money - You have within walking distance of about two 7Eleven stores and one of the best restaurants serving halal Thai food (Sophia's restaurant) - Gym facilities and equipments does meet the basic needs.

- Quite a distance to travel to famous shopping malls like Iconsiam, CentralWorld (takes an average 25-35mins to get there) - Swimming pool facilities could do an upgrade - Restricted swimming pool times can be considered to be revised (everyday 6am - 10am its closed for ladies and only from 10am onwards it is open for all)

The location was ideal in that it was within walking distance to the islamic foundation. The bathroom would benefit from.a proper clean such as removing the soap scum on the shower partition and black mould on the shower fittings. Also the sink.in our bathroom had a big crack and the overflow of the sink was very dirty. The food was a bit pricey but nice.the suhoor food was good and varied. Also I would have preferred the pool to be cooler,temperature controlled.there is only one outdoor pool not as advertised 2 pools,one indoor and outdoors.

Great Service of the Al Meroz team : both guys who served the room service on first and last night and the lady who took our orders that I ordered direct from the restaurant on our last night' The lady at the reception during check in and the Housekeeper who cleaned our room. *The Wi-Fi connection in the room does not work at all and is slow' even after calling at reception to check the connection no one came to check. Anyhow it could be better if this can be improved...

Location Away from main city

The atmosphere is good, as a muslim, i love the ambience of this hotel very peaceful n calm. Halal restaurant without having a doubt to consume it. Room was clean n beautiful. Very noble kind of hotel and ambience. Housekeeping staffs are friendly. Requests are fulfilled rightaway.

Upon booking, i saw my room type will hv a bathtub but dont hv :( The bellBoy abit pushy on taking their transport package for tourist attraction and will mentioned that everyday if im still interested tho i told them i hv my own personal plan. Pls do bring ur own adaptor to charge ur fone as it is 2 pin type. Location wise, to me its far from all the places i want to go.

Halal breakfast and cafe, halal restaurants around, location not too busy as city centre.

Shower head has a leak, keeps leaking water that runs down the bath tub. Bidet is somewhat dirty.

Location to nearby Islamic Centre and mosque. The hotel offered Ramadan facilities, especially evening prayers. Good muslim feel. The breakfast buffet was excellent and catered for at 4am for muslim guests. Buffet dinner was extensive. Front desk staff were very helpful in upgrading us to a better room. Generally all staff members were welcoming.

Some fixtures and fittings are due for replacement and upgrading, such as bathroom showers, hand basins, curtains in room, and the carpets

This hotel has got a muslim atmosphere; which is fantastic and the team wherever you go are polite; cooperative and supportive. Lovely place; the rooms are spacious; clean and tidy. Bathroom is also nice and comfortable. The beds are comfortable. Breakfast is served in the ground floor; with Halal food; and many varieties. The hotel is around twenty minutes from Bangkok airport . Nana market; where many Arabs are there; is not also far; and taxi is available. We enjoyed our night stay in this hotel and surely will come back again. Highly recommended hotel; especially if you would like to be in a quite place but not far from the airport.

The staff were really friendly, especially the ones opening the doors everyday. They really treat us nicely. The breakfast spread was nice and i was looking forward to it everyday.

The most convenient mode of transport to the hotel was by grab or taxi for my family relying on strollers. The nearby Airport Rail Link is quite a walk with uneven roads - not convenient.
