I had a fantastic stay at Parcel Bangkok! The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, making my experience even more enjoyable. The hotel was spotlessly clean, which added to my comfort. Its location is right next to Mall 3 Pier—making it convenient to explore the city. The accessibility to various attractions and transport options made getting around a breeze. I would highly recommend Parcel Bangkok to anyone visiting the city for its excellent service, cleanliness, and perfect location. I’ll definitely stay here again!

I liked the location and how modern the space was. My friends and I had a good time. You could not hear the city from the rooms, which we were worried about.

The check-in and check-out processed were a bit weird.

We booked with this hotel again because it was clean, value of price was great and the hospitality was 10/10. They do have a microwave in the lobby area. The bathroom and bedrooms were very clean. It’s a bit hidden but they did a good job on making the area inviting! It is away from the city but we found the best massage place that is just down the street! ALSO there’s a 7eleven right outside the hotel!!

We didn’t mind the location but if you’re someone who wants to stay closer to the city, I suggest not booking this hotel. It was about a 30-40 min drive into the city, longer once traffic hits.

Everything was great! Perfect! I even asked for extra pillows and the staff were very accommodating. There's already shampoo, handsoap and shower gel as well for the light travellers. We get two free waterbottles, and 2 sachets of instant coffee. Also there are: ✅Hangers for Clothes ✅Hairdryer ✅Safe ✅Mini fridge No microwave in the rooms but there is one in the communal area. 😊 Also no elevator but it's three floors.

I got a room that was the "closest" to the roadside so it can get a bit loud but dies down eventually. If you can request a room further from the roadside it would be great for my light sleeper friends. 😊

The staff was very accommodating! The room was nice and clean when we arrived. There is a 7/11 store right outside the hotel and more. If you take a left coming out of the hotel and keep walking down the street, you’ll see a lot of local street food and mini stores. There is a small street market but it is bit of a walk but totally worth it! Especially if you want to avoid the main downtown area. We loved every second of this stay. Highly recommend💛

The room is clean and comfortable, there is sevel right beside the hotel, the is laundry coin around 500m from hotel. There is also halal night market near Indoor Stadium. The public transportation options are bus, canal taxi and grab. There will be a new MRT station right beside the hotel.

A new hotel with a good and comfortable design. Even though it is in a hectic area, the architecture gives you an oasis feeling and provides basic common areas in a tight space. Rooms are big and full of light thanks to back windows

A little bit far away from the city’s main attractions but several bus lines connect you to those.

The bed was super comfortable There was a fridge, tv, AC and hairdryer and everything was super clean and spacious.

It was too far out the city making it a long trip for about 45 minutes into the center due to traffic. It was quite loud too but i experienced that often in Thailand.

Very clean and comfortable room, not far from both airort BKK and city center, so perfect for transit passengers. Close to convenient store and post office.

No proper restaurants around, only Starbucks and Ramen. To closest normal restaurant- 10 min walk.
