This is really a magical place. The moment you arrive for the first time at the hotel, it gives you the feeling you will be sleeping in a temple. A heartwarming welcome, clean room, amazing atmosphere and a really really lovely and helpfull family is what this makes a unique place. The rooms are big, clean and really nice designed. The bed is really comfortable, good working airco and the shower is (for Thailand) really good. The hotel is about 15 mins from the old centre with scooter. That is something you should be aware of, but for me it was no problem. The family who owns this place are one of the nicest people I met. They are really open to help you, and they try to make your stay as comfortable as it can be. There is water, coffee, fruit and snacks you can take whenever you want. You can take cold drinks for a cheap price, and they make a very good breakfast for just 200bht. For me it's a no brainer. If I visit Chiang Mai again and need a hotel I would go here again.

Beautiful resort, older but absolutely charming, feels like old school opulence in a quiet neighborhood. Close enough to the old city while feeling as if you're living like the locals. After the bustling, loud and dense crowds during Loy Krathong festival, this was the perfect place to stay and unwind. Beautiful pool, lovely grounds, and a wonderful staff. Would absolutely stay here again next time in Chaing Mai!

We completely enjoyed our time here and the place is wonderful although maybe a little older. The staff was so friendly and welcoming that anything could be overlooked. People love to abuse this section with hyper-critical things about a pillow that was too firm, but I would be hard pressed to find any complaints. It is outside the city but only a $4 Grab ride.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel. A peaceful, beautiful place, with a wonderful energy and with an incredibly caring and helpful staff. They listened to my needs and met all my expectations. My room was worthy of a princess room with a beautiful stone bathtub. I liked this hotel so much that I extended my stay at this hotel. Quite far from Chiang Mai center. Need Grab . A pity there are no bicycles, and you need to go into town to rent a motorcycle.

This is a little piece of heaven . Comfortable bed, clean pool, kind and generous family that runs the place. 24/7 snacks, healthy options. Beautiful garden. Huge pool. Know that it's far from the city but grab comes fast . Good value for money.

Nice hotel, cozy atmosphere, beautiful pool. You can safely ignore the first (bad) review, the place is taken over and it's up and running, you notice it's not routine yet, but very friendly hosts.

Soundproofing is poor in rooms

Location was good and quiet. The owner is very friendly.

It wasn't particularly clean and there wasn't any staff available after 7pm at night until around 8am in the morning. We had issues with lots of ants and small amenities were missing e.g. cups for tea, tea or coffee in the room. The fridge had mould inside.
