Nice and Well maintained property at the driver Ping. There was no Problem with flys. Clean Pool approx 20x7m. Clean and generous room. Comfortable bed. Very eine Breakfast as buffett with order in a spezial room with great view to Garden and Pool. airconditon bot too loud, but there was cigarette smell from neighbor room in my Appartement.

Wifi in room rather bad not useable. In breakfastarea and poolsite ok. Shower less treasure, warm water rare. Toiletroom top short for Toilet. You need to keep slidedoor open to sit and stand, than possible to close. Distance to old town about 5 km... 97 bath Taxi

It is a long walk to town along roads where most of the pavements are not paved with pavement. You walk along busy roads. We finally relented and signed up to “Grab”, Thailand’s version of Uber. This was a godsend for the rest of our Thailand holiday.

The rooms are the best we’ve had in Thailand so far, the bath is just fantastic. The bed was gigantic and so comfortable! Items in the mini bar were not a rip off like some other hotels, the staff were so friendly and approachable and would help you with anything they could. Could not have asked for a better property!

I love the breakfast and the pool! I also really enjoyed the separate businesses available to guests on the property such as the painting studio and cafe!

We struggled a bit with the air conditioning not consistently working and having to reset the AC almost every time we walked into the room. Other than that, I really enjoyed this hotel!

Hotel’s cafe is very cool with good selection of coffee and tea. From the cafe, you can enjoy your morning coffee with beautiful view of river and ancient pagoda across. Room is very spacious, bed is comfortable. Breakfast is very good. Shower is great.

Hotel is far from downtown Chiang Mai, Its not an issue for me but for those who wants to be near shopping streets, then you need to call Grab or Bolt service

It was quiet and room comfortable and clean. Nice breakfast even not too variety to choose, anyway fruit fresh and food testy. Nice pool, cherry on the cake was wonderful pagoda cafe. All staff very kind to us.

A bit too far from downtown. Difficult to move without vehicle.

The breakfast choices was great. They had nice view at the back. The pool was nice with a relaxing peaceful garden area where our room could walk out to. They also had a bathtub in the room.

Quite a bit of stairs but not a big issue with our small luggage.

Breakfast is good. But it would be nice to have more choice. Especially when you stay longer than 2 nights

I everything at the site, breakfast was great and the chief and cooks bent over backwards to make you happy and welcome. Thank all you for a relaxing time. Every one of you was great. Thank you.

The only thing is their needs to be some Fans at the front desk moving the air around being it outside.
