We booked for 3 non-consecutive overnight stays.The hotel has rather small but well equipped rooms. The hotel and all the rooms have a yellow theme and everything is well thought out and laid out. There is a small shopping area nearby and a neigbouring McDonalds. Ample public parking is available. The traffic noise from Mahidol Road might be a problem, but for our rooms at the back it wasn't (with the airco on). Breakfast is basic but also not expensive. Coffee and tea are available for free. If you want to visit Chiang Mai (we didn't) and don't have a car it is probably better to choose a hotel near the city center or around the Night Bazar area. For us we needed a hotel close to the airport so it was great value for money.

Rooms on the 1st floor (ground floor) don't have a view. Our had a view of some trash. Balconies are tiny. One minor thing I can come up with is that the hotel asks for a 200 THB deposit for a second key card. I think it would be better to put in the registration system how many cards are expected to be returned at check out instead of collecting cash money. Or provide a second card at no charge of course.

Perfect place to stay for a night to make it to the Maeklong Railway Market bright and early; it's only a short 5-minute tuk tuk ride away from the hotel.

Lots of mosquitoes were able to get in the room, which wouldn't have been a big deal if we had mosquito nets. There weren't too many places to eat within walking distance to the hotel, either. Otherwise, it was a very pleasant stay! Perfect for a night.

Everything was good, clean and comfy

We lived in a combined room, so from our room there was a door to another room and there wasn't any soundproofing. We were unlucky with our neighbors, they were too loud.

fits the mold as a budget hotel. beds were comfortable. maid service was good. breakfast, which was included, was just OK.

rooms are not spacious nor is the bathroom, location is not convenient for walking to anywhere

Very modern room with balcony, and room amenities. Good sized bathroom with excellent shower. Nice swimming pool and reception area had a lot of activities. Stopped here because we had a flight the next day. They arranged a taxi for us, only ten minutes from airport.

Nothing all good

Such a comfortable stay! My favorite place in Thailand! The bed was so comfy and the room had everything you could need. I stayed here for two weeks and it was fantastic.

Far from town, definitely need a scooter to get around.

the cable channels were not very diverse (for english speakers)and the sat feeds were not very consitent,...lots of blurring and "bad signal" messages l

Everything was super. The staff were unbelievable, and the manager was the epitome of excellence. This is the place to stay. Lots of eating places. Suitable for families.

There is nothing not to like

My wife is particularly interested in clean rooms and she was very happy.

Lovely spot, but when a paying guest asks for something as small as to use a spoon, stating they have to purchase something from the menu doesn't exactly leave a nice impression.

The location was excellent. 10 min from the airport. It was very clean. The beds were so comfortable. The showers were hot. It’s not fancy but it served its purpose and it was extremely clean. The staff was great. They even had a continental breakfast which was nice. You can’t be it for the price.
