Everything!! The two girls on reception are so lovely and welcoming. The room is extremely clean it looks brand new the beds are so big and comfy the manager is really nice :) We already left our next hotel to come back here because we like it so much. Really clean bathrooms and drinking water provided. Big Tv and fridge in room plenty storage space and sockets next to bed. Its been a nice place to relax with my partner after a long time travelling.

Where do I start. We arrived after a long bus journey from Bangkok, the staff allowed us to check in early as soon as a room became available at no extra charge. This hotel was a steal it was cheap clean and spacious. The staff were the most accommodating and friendly, always with smiles on their faces greeting you as you enter the hotel. There was free hot drinks in the lobby area with seating. Be sure to check out the views from the top floor as they are stunning at sunset.

Breakfast Sunday had no food. Food Saturday was poor quality, but okay since it was free. Staff washing dishes outside with a bucket and hose? Bad smell in the bathroom. 500 baht deposit required for room key.

Its the best hotel i stay in chiang mai. Very clean. Very quiet place. The staff is super friendly and helpful. I even forgot my airpods in the room, they immediately contact with me and shipped it to another city. This hotel and there stuff is 10 out if 10 nothing to complain about.

Brand new hotel, in a quieter part of Chiang Mai. The room was spotlessly made up every day and the staff very polite and friendly. Beds and 2 pillows very comfortable and soft. Catch the sunset with the mountains in the background at BYO happy hour on the roof top and watch the evening glow of the surrounds . I would highly recommend this hotel for value.

only minor things that I know will eventually be amended in the course of time . No towel rack or hook to dry your towel, yet you got clean ones every day. The rooms are quite sterile and I am sure art work will be displayed. yes a working progress that shouldn’t put anyone off from staying.

Excellent value, clean room and modern bathroom. Good air conditioning for the humid Thai weather. very friendly staff at reception, where nothing was too much trouble. Visiting from Sydney.

An extremely new and clean hotel with parking lot. The receptions are extremely friendly and helpful as well, especially Peng and Anna! We were given a room with a balcony, so we could enjoy a great view as well. Thank you for making our stay in Chiang Mai pleasant!

Staff is just AMAZING! Very helpful and friendly, thank you for your work. Hotel room is big, nice bed, even with Netflix! Area is a bit far from centre, but no problem if you have a scooter or like to walk. From airport - 150 bath, one price, very easy to access from airport, just go out and take taxi. 7/11 just accross the street, new laundry facility just a minute away. They were making bed and changing towels every day which was supernice. Really satisfied! :)

My stay here was amazing, we have been to Chiang Mai a few times and was underwhelmed with the properties. However, this property definitely exceeded our expectations and it had only been open a week, which you wouldn’t have even known! The overall design made it feel very authentic and also very clean. When in our room we were provided with the usual tea and coffee making facilities but they also provided 3 different drinks! Downstairs in the breakfast room, there was free tea, coffee and snacks provided all day, until the a certain time in the evening. The main part we loved about our stay were the staff, I didn’t catch their names, but they were amazing and really made our experience complete. They were welcoming and helpful to an extent I have never experienced, this made me want to stay extra nights, I would have if I didn’t have a flight booked! I would highly recommend this hotel!
