The hotel looks amazing, location is convenient (short ride from the city centre and close to night market), staff were very good and gave us a very nice goody bag as well! Pool is good too

Breakfast selection could be better, other services are overpriced, pool closing at 7pm (not convenient for people that go on all day tours and want to relax afterwards)

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The staff were very nice to prepare a gift basket with lots of snacks for us and help us answer any queries we had.

The gift basket were mostly imported snacks. I think it would be more meaningful if it contained more local produce and specialty products instead. The included breakfast is lackluster compared to local street food you can find in Chiang Mai.

Greeted with gift of fresh fruit and snacks - very welcoming gesture! We stayed in deluxe room - the bathroom was very luxurious, and we liked the 2 way wardrobe to access dressing gown (between hall and bathroom). Room was very quiet and had good blockout curtains, and good lighting that could be managed from controller beside bed. Breakfast was excellent- buffet style with plenty of choice, and all front-end staff spoke good English.

Found the mattress typical of many Asian countries, but it is probably firmer than I would chose for myself normally. Was about a 15- 20 minute walk to Night markets - felt safe walking that distance, even at night though.

We arrived hours before our booking but were greeted and provided with our room well before the check-in time. This was much appreciated as I was travelling with my three young children. We were upgraded on arrival and had a lovely, large room, we were also given a goodie bag to take up with us which had biscuits, chocolates, water and juice - this was a lovely touch and also very much appreciated. I had accidentally left a suitcase at the airport, and the staff accommodated getting me back in a hotel car to pick it up. Breakfast was excellent, with ample staff to help - Moon and her staff were amazing and she really made us feel welcome. I would not hesitate to stay at the hotel again as it was one of the highlights of my stay in Thailand.

Everything was great. Location was very close to the night Markets and night bazarthere iate always taxis waiting near by and everyone knows the hotel so it's easy to get around. Breakfast quality was good and there were many options to choose from. The room was huge, clean and confortable. Hotel staff is kind and speak good English, they helped with booking a taxi to the airport and packed a breakfast box for our early flight. I will definitely stay here again and keep recommending to my friends.

Small detail: bathrooms might get better ventilation and extraction.

The hotel is big and spacious. The room was huge. The bathroom had a walk in shower and a full size bath with hot water all the time. The room was clean and comfy. The breakfast was nice, had a few different options of dishes. The staff were nice and I got a gift bag on arrival.

By foot - the hotel is a bit far from the places I wanted to visit, but by bike or car just a few minutes drive. The back entrance, that google maps navigates you to was closed with no signs to direct me to the correct entrance. I walked around and finally found the right entrance.

Beautiful classy hotel with top notch facilities! Our rooms were exceptional and the goody bag presented on arrival is worth a stay in itself! The hotel isn't central but a being a small tuk tuk ride away from the main centre was a small price to pay for such exceptional facilities and rooms!

As is the case everywhere in Thailand the rock hard mattresses bring a new meaning to 'firm' but as i said this is the case everywhere!

The room was quite large and we received a huge gift bag with snacks/drinks upon checking in which was nice. The bed was very comfortable and everything was very clean. Location was fine, within a 10 minute walk to the night market and always felt safe in the area. Staff was friendly and helpful though we didn't need to ask for much. Didn't use the pool but it was always empty and very large!

Breakfast was just OK - we were a little biased after having stayed at two other hotels during our trip prior to this one that had an exceptional breakfast. Interestingly, for such a large room, the bathroom was small relatively speaking. Still manageable - just odd with the size of the room as big as it was. I know they are trying to conserve energy but no lights in the hallways during the day made for some pretty dark hallways though our room was near the elevators which had a big window so some natural light came in. Also, if you're using Grab, this hotel is next to the main hotel and none of our drivers knew how to get to ours. Not that big a deal, it's a very short walk between the two.

I was upgraded on my room upon arrival. The basket was a surprise and everything inside was perfect. The rooms and bathroom were spacious and very clean. The breakfast was excellent with great service. The many choices of different food were tremendous! The room service, front desk, and bellboy personnel were friendly and were professional. The lady bartender was very pleasant and friendly. She was very nice to talk with and a great person. I will definitely stay at this hotel on any of my visits to Chiang Mai.

The bed mattress was a little too hard for me. I prefer a softer mattress.

Third year staying here. Favorite place to stay in Chiang Mai. Food always good. The staff is why we stay here. They take such great care of us. Especially Moon, we love her and will miss her. Cannot forget our favorite lady behind the front desk. The only place in Thailand to stay over Christmas and New Years.
