The location is excellent as it is close to the old town and night market but also far enough that we could sleep at night.

The beds were too hard for my personal comfort, but that depends on the individual. The one negative thing I experienced was with the night receptionist who for whatever reason refused to give us water on the last night of our stay, something that every other hotel does, including this one.

the room is very big. it has two beds, a kitchen, and a balcony. perfect for families with one kid. the location is a bit out of the city center but still manageable. It's easy to find a good place to eat and walking distance to motorbike rental.

Our room was on the third floor and it's a bit of a hassle to climb the stairs with heavy luggage. The staff were friendly and helpful but spoke very little english.

Very big, spacious. Clean. Parking was free and convenient. Ground floor and near to carpark so easy to bring bags or stuff in.

Mattress was very hard. For those who are used to soft mattress might be uncomfortable. Despite having a big kitchen area, no dish washing liquid and loofah was provided. We had to go buy ourselves.

Space, cleanliness as picture,toilet has space not small ,everything exactly as pictures, suite for family or people need space, with balcony, opposite local grocery and food and washing machines.. you gets everything from picture

Hot water not really hot, water leak from bathtub to floor as no shower curtain, no lift but only 3 floors, blanket is quite thin for me but for my friends they said ok

This place is so big! The rooms are really big and comfortable. the staff is really kind and there are many restaurants and markets near by where you can eat.

The location is a bit far from the old city. But it’s a quiet and peaceful place to sleep and rest. We walked from hotel to old city in just 30/35 mins or called a taxi in case we wanted to arrive faster.

A very spacious and clean apartment with great sunlight and vibes. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was great as well with the Chiang Mai night bazaar only 5-10 minutes via car. We even had an early flight so they let us wait in the lobby and helped us throughout. Highly recommended!!

I loved how they left new bottles of water for us everyday, it was really nice. The accom was clean and sleak it had a really good vibe. Soooo many great street good places outside. All Halaal, so great for Muslim people.

There's only stairs. No elevator. So not appropriate for disabled people. That's all. It was great otherwise.

Great place to stay. Located close enough to the city to get everywhere kinda fast but still in a more quiet area of Chiang Mai. The staff is very friendly and helpful (even though their English is VERY limited). The rooms are clean and you’ll definitely have enough space (and the drinks in the lobby are cheaper than at the nearest 7-Eleven). Stayed here for the second time now and they are still great.

The unit that we stayed was big, clean and TV has youtube ( great !). Overall experience is positive and will definitely come back again to Chang Mansion 2. Parking was really easy, just outside our unit and there are plenty power plugs in the kitchen area. Value for money for our 1 night stay.

Because my room is on a floor below the roof where the water pump is located, I couldn't sleep at all due to the loud noise of the pump working all night long. Another thing is the bathroom that gets so wet and flooded because of no shower curtain.
