Look amazing, laundry in room (unit washes and dries and they provide some detergent , great sitting area inside and deck with view outside. Comfy bed, good shower and AC. Cooking facilities (stovetop/microwave/kettle) and full size fridge. Easy walk to old city, easy grab delivery and restaurants nearby. 7/11 across the street. Did I mention the pool?! If backpacking and want to treat yourself, this is a great place to up your budget for a few days.

No water provided (but 7/11 nearby). Cleaning service upon request but 500b. Not complaints just heads up- but note you can wash towels as laundry in suite.

Though the condo was smaller and the furnishings more worn than we expected it was a great place to spend 6 days in Chiang Mai. The bed was comfortable, the bath lovely and the balcony a great addition. There’s a break taking pool and view on the 17th floor that is not to be missed! The sauna on the floor beneath was also a delight. While we didn’t use it there is also a full gym which was immaculate and modern. While this isn’t a hotel, the staff is very polite.

The unit is in a permanent residence building which allows owners to sublet their condo. This model is a bit of an anomaly to Americans since the front desk, door man and staff function differently than a hotel. It would also have been nice for a 6 day stay if they’d included several large bottles of water.

The appartment is very spacious. Smart tv in the living room. Washer-dryer in the appartment. Parking garage with easy lift access. Amazing pool

It's not a hotel, and we never saw the owner, so there's no person to ask questions. Owner has no whatsapp and we had no local calls on our phones, so the only way to communicate was via email, and it wasn't enough, nor complete.

The rooms were lovely and comfortable, the pool is to die for, it runs the complete length of the roof top and is open 0630 to 2130

There were a number of lifts that were out of service, also for the first 5 days, the pool could not be used but these issues were all caused by the recent earthquake. We did get some money back which was unexpected but we felt was a good way of showing there're appreciation for still continuing with our booking

Beatiful building and rooms with a balcony and a view. The rooftop pool is stunning. Hot water, cold AC. Great location. Nice bathrooms and very comfy bed.

Check-in process was not smooth and the owner was unreachable when we ran into an issue with our check-in. Early check-in was approved but room was not ready until regular check in anyways. Good thing there is an information desk around the side of the lobby that told us it was still being cleaned. Signs everywhere say this is NOT a hotel but rather an apartment building.

Well presented modern apartment. Air con in every room which we loved. Lovely bathrooms. The washer / dried. The pool was amazing

Strange that the kitchen and bathroom sinks have no hot water,? The international power stickersocketss don't work well with our nz plugs. My CPAP stopped during the night Lack of seating on the roof pool areas

The accommodation was lovely. It was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. The swimming pool was beautiful and I enjoyed the gym and steam room. I would definitely stay here again.

Great pool but there are no sun chairs No where you can just sit and relax when there are a lot of people it’s not good at all ,no shaded areas just a 2-3 sunken lounges which is first in they keep it for the day

Good location, not too central but easy to get around. roof top pool is incredible! lovely & clean. 7-Eleven across the road was really handy too.

the air con unit in the bedroom was quite noisy but we might not have had the setting correct
