Good view from the city. Good location. Good communication and service from the host.

The location was perfect: it was not in a bustling area but close enough to popular touristy places like temples and restaurants. It's also convenient: there's a nearby commercial space where you can find cafes (Roar), fast food (KFC), Watson's, and a 7-11 for any last-minute grocery runs. The unit is clean, well-stocked, and comfortable even for a family of 4 (we have two kids travelling with us). But what we liked the most was how the host who looked after the property cared for us. She was proactive and friendly, and when we reached Chiang Mai, she gave us all the necessary information. It was so easy dealing with her; she even brought us flowers, fruits (the perfect Thai mangoes, I swear!), laundry detergent, and some local items that our kids loved. I would 150% recommend this place.

Loved the place! Staff were incredible. Beautiful unit, well furnished and beautiful decor. Host was helpful and quick to respond with any questions or needs. Only bummer was we couldn't use the pool but that was because of the recent earthquake/beyond their control. Still had a great time!

Everything it was super clean, had everything we needed. The pool was amazing. It was just a 15 minute walk from the night bazaars. There was a WhatsApp we could message and they replied quickly with any queries. It was very luxurious even though it was really big :)

One tiny complaint would be there could be more sun loungers by the pool - it was difficult to find a spot to relax in. Having said that it was an incredible rooftop pool

It was so nice to have more space than a hotel room, and a full kitchen with laundry too! And the pool/gym/sauna were a bonus as well. The location was great - not really walking distance to much, but a quick and inexpensive ride for sure. There is a 7-11 market across the street for convenience, and the airport is only about 15 minutes away.

Wonderful extraordinary Apartment, best so far for me! Luxury complex, police all day at street for Pedestriance to cross, Taxis and Tuk TGuk at complex, all secured by Code card. 100 THB to Hardrock Café, 150 THB from Airport. Lovely Service, extremly helpful owner

Service from the host was exceptional. We had to make a last minute change as to where we were staying and this fell perfect for us. We had instant contact from the host and was in to the hotel room within 15 minutes of booking. The hotel itself is very sublime with a perfect roof top pool and great view.

Bed was too firm

Great view, great communication throughout. Host was great and even noted that it was for our honeymoon which was very kind. Thank you very much!

The pool was incredible but so sad there weren't more loungers Room was great, comfortable, great kitchen , Smart TVs, good bathroom.

The bed could have been more comfortable, the mattress wasn't up to the standard of the room

It was very modern, clean, well located, facilities were amazing especially the roof top pool and sauna. Apartment had everything required and very comfortable mattress.

Nothing negative to say to be honest
