Club One Seven is exceptional gay resort all on its own. I can't say enough, you just have to get the experience by going there. You will NOT be disappointed if your gay. The staff makes sure your accommodations are safe and secure. Your checkout is double checked by the manager Ton. Now, it's a 130 yo building, So don't expect your A/C in 130F weather to keep up inside your room at 17c. The room is not sealed in, like a Best Western or other hotel room. There were air cracks between the room and the bathroom, letting in the hot air of the day. I just situated my luggage against the bathroom door to keep the air crack at bay. You will sleep very comfortably on a medium-hard, queen-sized mattress, [built for two], [should you get lucky]. Tours of every sort are available at the front desk, just ask, Free bicycle, to nearby BigC or 7Eleven to shop. Overall, this property is A1, if your gay and looking for action. You can't be disappointed at this resort except from yourself. Because then you know you aren't really gay. Gay People from around the World travel here, so don't worry about language. The staff speaks English too. Your adventure begins at C17, and will remain in your mind until you die. Plan your GAY VACATION, right here! I guarantee you won't be disappointed.

There is nothing I didn't like about my stay.

Felt really homey and the receptionist Ton was a darling. Very helpful and caring. Loved the old vibe and antique yet very comfy bed. Of course there is also the free access to the sauna ;)

2-key situation not great. I keep getting locked out and seeking for help because I forgot my key card (I brought the other physical key). Sauna can do with an upgrade

- Free sauna, swimming pool and gym. - They help to replace new towel. - The bunk bed not fully cover by curtain. If the bunk bed in middle not even have any curtain. 😏 - Big mirror beside my bed so I got a good view.

- Location was really really far and nothing during the night even can’t really find food. - The toilet door can’t close (not sure it is intention) 😏 - The light is not bright (not sure it is intention) 😏 - The room electricity required to insert card so when the person that card inserted need to leave then the room electricity will cut off until next person insert the card.

Right along the river, I had a very peaceful and comfortable 3 night stay. The club is also great, lots of people come during the weekends. It is about 10 mins from the old town and main commercial places (that I wanted to visit). The room was spacious, well equipped and very comfortable! (nice patio area looking at the river too)

My 3 day stay turned into 9 days. I upgraded to the dulexe room, and didn't want to leave. The staff are amazing! Especially Tui and Ton. Peaceful and relaxing by day and fun filled gay sauna by evening. A great way to meet the local community (and tourist too). The gym, sauna and steam room are great. Tasty food and friendly service. I'm looking forward to returning soon. 10/10.

During the day the pool area is quite nice. Mostly foreigners stay during the day, at night it is the local bathouse with Thai and many other SE asians frequenting in. Many choose to stay through the night at the last moment. Alot of action even on the weekdays. The crowd is quite friendly and not cliquey.

It's quite far from the attractions of Chiang Mai. My suggestion would be to stay one or two nights here and enjoy the crusiing atmopshere then stay the rest of the nights closer to town. The facilities are a bit old but that is the charm.

A lovely place. A very special ancient building. The staff is simply lovely, everyone is kind and wants you to be comfortable and have fun. The breakfast is good and the prices at the bar are relatively affordable

I would invest more in the maintenance of the place. This is a gem that needs polishing and warmer treatment

The hotel is situated in a beautiful old wooden house along the banks of the river, surrounded by luscious gardens. The four-poster beds were very romantic and comfortable. Very characteristic and very quiet with wonderful views. The gay sauna on the other side of the penis-shaped swimming pool was good fun and made free for use for hotel guests. Breakfast was served on a charming terrace overlooking the river with views upstream.

We had a wonderful time. The breakfast is great! The staff is amayzing. The environment is lovely and the sauna was so good after a day of exploring. There is such a good vibe in this place with an old house charm on the river ping.

The freedom and acceptance of the place as well as the friendly and hospitable staff.

The room was s bit small but understandable given the historic building. other things more than made up for things.
