I will come back again! Love this place. Nice food market 2-4 blocks away. The front desk have lovely smiles. Nice to have security at the door for the night. Nice parking space. Nice refill water outside the corner. Able to wash clothes and dry ourselves.

Hard bed, hope it can add some soft form. Some missing glasses but replaced. Over all is not the problem. The couch is hard to lay down to sleep

We were allocated apartment 402 and were very comfortable in there as a small family. Enough crockery/cutlery/utensils and an oven/hob/toaster meant we could cook full meals. Wifi was stable, air con was in good condition, communal washing machines in the building for 30thb, restaurant on the ground floor served a good variety of cheap Thai food, small convenience store beside reception was handy for buying basics. Shame about the poor reviews as this is a fantastic-value stay in Chiang Mai, all things considered! Yes, furnishings are a little worn, but for the price we paid, who cares! There are plenty other accommodation options in the city with higher-spec rooms if that is what you require, but they charge accordingly.

Great value on a nice condo. I had problems woth the aircon, so they moved me to another room. Best if you have a car or motorcycle.

We were prepared to leave our room at 12:00 but the maid insisted we leave at 11:30

The property manager was very helpful and polite there was some things that need improving only makes it better for the next customer
