My room was near the front of the building even I paid for “river view” rate however I barely had a view of river and the hotel is located close to the restaurant (karaoke) so they will sing karaoke until 11.30 pm except Monday cuz it is closed.

The staff are friendly and very helpful. The breakfast is homemade and so delicious, the garden and outside area with views of the Ping River was lovely every morning.

The only issue that stopped 10/10 is the karaoke bar at night. My room happened to be adjacent closest to it. So it's not very quiet and hard to sleep until you get used to it being every night. Some singing is lovely, some not so much. If you need quiet to sleep, maybe ask to change rooms.

The hotel staff truly excelled in providing exceptional service during our stay. They were highly efficient and skilled in multitasking. We witnessed them assisting guests with the check-in process, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience. They were readily available to answer any questions or address any concerns that arose. During breakfast time, the staff members demonstrated their talent and attention to detail by creating beautiful latte art while making coffee. They took great care in serving guests at the buffet breakfast, ensuring that the food supply remained plentiful, tidy, and clean throughout the meal. Not only did the staff handle the check-in process, but they also personally attended to the check-out process. They escorted guests to the door and bid them farewell, creating a sense of warmth and genuine hospitality. The dedication and commitment of the staff truly made a lasting impression on us, and their exceptional service played a significant role in making our stay memorable.

The location is sadly not ideal. If you would like to get into the old town or downtown you need to call a taxi that costs around 80 bath. So you have less freedom and you are dependt on transportaiton. The mattresses are way to hard. It was difficult for me to get a normal sleep.

Staff were all very helpful and courteous. Walk in shower was very good with plenty of hot water. Decor was very attractive. Fairly close to the airport so the location is good for those needing fairly quick access to the airport.

The breakfast catered more for Asian visitors however the coffee was very good. The mattresses were very hard. Traffic is very busy in this area making walking a bit difficult for the first 100 metres until the road became wider and proper footpaths are available making it safer. The location is approximately 5kms from the Night Bazaar which meant we had to rely on tuk tuks or taxis at night times in particular.

The breakfast and pool were great. Internet was great. Garden was great. Staff was helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Overall a good experience.

Not centrally located so reliant on taxis, etc. Not walkable area at all. Shower did not really get as hot as we would have liked.

it was pretty clean, right on the river with lovely small garden, fountain and water sounds. The breakfast is nice and tasty

It's little bit small place and the room was small. The street is not so atractive

The manicured parterre garden between the hotel and Ping River is a real oasis. Very peaceful and relaxed. There are riverside restaurants within a short walk.

A beautiful setting and clean rooms. Very good.

The host was very helpful and kind. We forgot a jacket and the host of the nantra hotel kindly sent it to our next destination :) The rooms are clean but there was some mechanical noise. Not enough to keep us awake though. Loved the breakfast in the beautiful garden.
