（1）Bed sheet: White and high quality cotton. In other guesthouses, I often encounter bed sheets that change to gray color due to long-term use. （2）Bath towel: big size,very white and soft, no traces of dirt. it means :towel will not be used repeatedly for too many times. (3) Hot water in the shower: strong and hot enough. In other guesthouses, some have small water, some are not hot. （4）I like it has a nice table，different from other guesthouses just a cheap table wobbly or no table at all. （5）There is also a small refrigerator in my room.

The location is little far from the city center

I booked a little late for my trip and almost all accommodations were already full during my stay because of the Loy Krathong Festival. Luckily, I stumbled upon this accommodation. They have one room left so I immediately booked it. The place was nice and cozy, and you get a nice & comfortable room for an affordable price. The owners were really nice too. They picked me up at the airport since my flight was really late. I had a comfortable stay here.

The location was just a little far from the city center. You can easily book a grab or bolt ride to and from the hotel so it’s fine. Though if you want a hotel within walking distance of the tourist spots, tc house is quite far as it is located in a quieter side of chiang mai.

Finally a plug and a light switch close to the bed. Easy to find. Staff were friendly. Allowed me to have my bike on the balcony.

Unlike most I found the bed too soft. Bit of a walk into town, but by the canal was nice

Clean and spacious rooms, the porch is comfortable and the hosts friendly. Within walking distance there's a 7-eleven, restaurants and laundry options

Fantastic, helpful staff. Good, quiet location. Coffee, restaurants, 7eleven very close. City center also within waking distance.
