I liked everything about this hotel. If you have your own transportation you would love staying here. From the price to their polite staff to the conveniences near the hotel. Room and sheets were clean, daily housekeeping is a plus, hot shower worked properly, loved the little patio, and bed was comfortable. Although they did not have breakfast or laundromats available there is a fresh market 500 meters away with convenience stores, small restaurants, and a laundromat. There is an excellent coffee and breakfast about a 5 minute walk. Parking was plenty and a local bar with Thai live music/tapas is a walk through the back of the hotel, just basically everything I need minus the hustle and bustle of Chiang Mai City. I started off with one night booking and extended to a 5 night stay. Will definitely come back again.

I wish they have at least a few coin laundry machine and dryers.

Silence and privacy

- I was unable to pay with my credit card. The hotel also did not notify me that they removed their credit card reader. The headrest of my best was dusty and the bathroom got some stains lefts on the floor. Someone's hairband was left in the room. I am not sure if the room was cleaned properly before my check-in. - There was no American breakfast as mentioned in the booking.

I had to work in Chiang Mai. Traffic is considerably more contested in the last 5 years. I must stay closer to Chiang Mai in the future.

Mr. Tanty and Ms. Bexnz are the most patient and friendly staffs I ever met.Good location and clean rooms. I will recommend here to my friends.

Quiet neighbourhood. 1 minutes driving from a meal market. We can get the centre city by the quiet road along the river.
