From our arrival onwards we were met and assisted by Ms Ta (Ja) the Front Office Manager. she and her team were exceptionnal! Her service and hospitality qualities are 5 Star plus! Coming out of the Hospitality world ourselves, it is rare that we experienced such a service and personal attention! what a joy! We are looking forward to return to the Hotel next year! Kudos to all staff! And, the wonderful nature in and around the Hotel is so relaxing as well. the Spa on th eproperty was 5 star as well! an outstanding spa experience!

The second- and newer - swimming Pool: No wonderful nature and trees around it like around the other pool. No shade to relax .

The villas are gorgeous and the staff are helpful. The pool is fantastic and absolutely stunning. It's like an oasis in the city. The villas are lovely, spacious and well equipped. The furniture is a little worn for the price tag, but an above average room for sure. Love the patio space.

Honestly disappointed in the dining options. I did eat there and the food was tasty and good, but there was not much atmosphere. I couldn't find the coffee shop and the lanna room was okay, but lot's of staff movement and noise and it just didn't feel like a 4 star plus dining facility.

We loved our stay here. The hotel is beautiful, a little aged, but I'm sure it's not easy to maintain it in such weather conditions.. The breakfast was always lovely and fresh. There's a laundromat just opposite the hotel. But the best part was the people! You can tell they take great pride in their work. They were helpful with everything we needed! ....and very, very sweet 🥰 Thank you for looking after us 🙏

There is not much going on in the area, but it's a short and cheap drive to the old city centre. We actually liked to be immersed in the residential area.

I like the Lanna style and the clean hotel

It's everything I bit old but still ok....the main pool was to dirty to swim

The staff is amazing, the location is more than beautiful. The room SLoft is huge and clean. The pool was very clean and even enlighten at 6 which was stunning The breakfast was very diverse and tasteful.

The location is a bit far from activities, and you can't walk for 1km because of the road's condition so you have to book a grab until the bridge everytime you want to go out, which can be inconvenient (I tried to walk once until the hotel, but very dangerous do not do it) And maybe a chair or two in the room would be useful

lovely pool/lounging area, very quiet hotel in the day and evening. staff were lovely. we had a loft room which was very modern and clean. little shop next door does amazing spring rolls. overall lovely “jungle” feel to the hotel. wifi was really good too. we didnt use the restaurant but bar staff very nice. its a 10-15 min taxi ride to town/markets.

the pool needs cleaning more regular. we were going to upgrade to private pool attached to room but saw it had algae so decided not to upgrade. quite noisy at night with local area.

Nice resort has everything you could want A little tired and the rooms could do with a fresh coat of paint otherwise ok Can still see flood damage which is a shame I hope they can restore Would stay agin

The room was large and spacious. All the staff were lovely and very helpful. The breakfast choice was huge ranging from lots of Thai cooked meals, continental options, eggs cooked to order and fruit/yoghurt. The pool was nice but only about 10 sun loungers, which was never a problem as it was quiet during our stay. Only 1 of the 2 pools was open when we were there.

The hotel is a 10 min ride out of town with not much around. There is one place to eat opposite the hotel which served authentic thai food and was delicious and very good value. There is also a small takeout coffee hut up the road from the hotel. Although the hotel do food it wasn't great. Housekeeping was slow to clear food away and it sat outside our room for almost a full day. Hotel a little tired especially around the spa area.

Remote location, need transportation to get to and fro from hotel (tuktuk, car)

Beautiful swimming pool but pool can't be used after 7pm which is a pity. During the day we are visiting the city surroundings and we like to swim when we are back. We rented scooters, with a company who brought the scooters at the hotel and picked them back up the last day. Nice town. lots of travel agency's to book daytrips and pick you up at the hotel. Laundry service was expensive, room service too. Bar open, but was pretty empty and closed after 9pm while we were there.
