The hotel location is great, the design of the hotel are great, rooms are good and toilet are clean, games at lobby and parking lot. Worth the price.

The material of room's door are not good, shower room floor are extremely slippery and dangerous and easily can cause accident. Toilet bowl hardly flush down, have to flush more than 6 times to make sure our poo poo down.

We liked the location, the pool and the billiards, and the smart TV with internet access. The bed was large, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast was fresh and tasty, but rather monotonous, with the same dishes for the four days we stayed there. At first we were given a room with windows facing the road, it was very noisy at night. I asked for a quieter room. The next day it was done without any problem.

In one of the rooms, when the air conditioner was turned on, there was a smell of dampness. It might be time to clean it. But it didn't affect our vacation.

The bed was comfortable, the place is really clean and we would get room service every day. The hotel was close to a market that had local food and is roughly 16 minutes walk from Maya shopping centre. The staff were really helpful, they gave vouchers for the shop right next to the hotel, there’s a restaurant right across the street for those who don’t want to catch a ride into town for breakfast and there’s a laundry.

Wasn’t an issue for me or the family as we are deep sleepers but it can get loud from traffic in the morning

Big room , clean Air conditioner is very good Family room was worth. Love kitchen room has a lot of equipment of cooking. The Core prepared plates, pan, dishwashing liquid for customer. Great Breakfast was awesome, we saw one staff working good, fast service mind , clean table fast.

Mattress a little soft (for me) sink at bathroom was clogged pipe. Toilet paper stand broke Just inform at engineering department. But totally is Great

The staff members are courteous, pleasant, and helpful. They also helped me by lending an adaptor for my laptop and iPad, and also booked a taxi for my departure.

There should be a universal set of adaptors or sockets for different gadgets. The hot shower on my last night wasn't working. I took a cold bath when the ambient temperature was already low. The staff said that it was because there were so many people being accommodated at the time and the stored solar energy wasn't enough. They should fix this!

A fair spread for breakfast. I liked the easy to operate beverage machine and toaster. The (spicy) basil pasta was good. Most of the hotel staff were pleasant and helpful (but see my comment below).

Some of the breakfast food items were mediocre. The toilet roll in the bathroom was damp. The reception staff on my arrival were not particularly approachable or friendly.

It was a handy location for running around the University and the trails up on the mountain. Also has a great little night market next door which has a really local feel and serves delicious and cheap food. Also easy enough to get the little red trucks into the old town.

The hotel had a weird "skater" vibe going on. The pool wasn't somewhere I would want to hang out. Definitely not a luxury feel. But the rooms were really clean and had everything you need.

Great location, really close to everything - night market, restaurants. The room is very big, very comfortable for families with kids - 2 separated bedrooms with 2 bethrooms.

The breakfast was not well organized, there was only one staff member for cleaning and filling the missing things. The flow in the shower was very weak

Very clean and convenient~there is a good night market nearby,many delicious food~ and also a good chicken oil rice restaurant, so good~ If I have chance to come to Chiangmai again,i will choose this hotel😃

Next to CMU night market, excellent location! Friendly staff. Mini Mart just next to hotel and so nice to receive coupons offered by hotel for redemption at the mart.
