The location was perfect since I was attending a conference in the same facilities. The room was large and comfortable, and I was especially pleased that the air conditioning worked well and was not particularly loud. I arrived in the morning after being en route from the US for over 24 hours, and I was grateful to the front desk supervisor (Woranone, I believe) for working to get my room ready quickly so that I could check in early and get some rest. He was also helpful finding me a new room when the lock on mine failed to work properly and maintenance was slow to fix it.

The only problem was the door not locking properly in the first room they gave me. It took them longer to fix it than I would have expected, and by that time, I was preparing to move to another room.

Really beautiful and spacious bedroom, incredible bathroom and really nice pool. The hotel lobby is really beautiful as well. The staff was extremely kind and made a room decoration and a birthday cake for my birthday. A big thank you to the front desk staff, the cleaning staff and the baggage handler!

We booked a room with pool view but didn't have any. There was no doublebed room available but the staff kindly made a big bed out of two small beds.

I really appreciated the staff and their help. They're very accommodating esp because I had to arrive earlier than expected. Breakfast buffet is great. But if you're not into spicy food in the morning, then prepare yourself.

The location is not as walkable, even if it is near some attractions such as Maya Mall and Think Park. This is not the fault of the hotel, but just a heads up to travelers. GrabBike and similar apps are helpful.

Beautiful pool. Helpful staff. Large room. Excellent bathtub.

My room did not have a safe. While I believe the staff is trustworthy, I was nervous about leaving valuables in the room. This was a major point. The hotel is kind of far from Nimman (20 minute walk) and the closer restaurants were harder to find.

So many positives for this hotel. The pool and gym were lovely, small gym but just enough equipment for a good workout. Staff were always so friendly and helpful. Clean, spacious and well AC’d rooms.

The only negative for this hotel was the location. perfect if you want to stay by the pool all day but it’s a long walk to get into the old town in Chiang Mai. Took us about 45 mins to walk it each time.

The property is a bit old, but the rooms are big and clean. There are always a lot of people as this property caters specifically for conferences and conventions.

There are no safes in the room to store valuables.

We were placed on the 8th floor and the rooms we got were immaculate, well-decorated and spacious. Everything was new and the interior was great; Seemed like renovation was done not long ago. The price is also better compared to other hotels nearby that have the same quality. The staff at the reception were really helpful as well. Overall I truly recommend this for quality and comfy yet economic stay.

The beds were a little hard and the safe and hairdryer promised were not available in the room.

Decoration and architecture are amazing. Breakfast was awesome, with lot of choices. Hotel is quiet and rooms are very clean. Staff were very kind and helpful. Will definitely remember this place when coming back to Chiang Mai.

The room on the 8th floor was very spacious, had a great view and the bathroom was really nice with a bath tub and shower chamber.
