We were in the Junior Suite - staff was amazing. Provided early checkin. Combined bookings to give us the same room. Made bookings for the cooking class and elephant sanctuary. All in all an amazing experience. The pool is good. Overall great experience. The Junior Suite is a good pick if you want some space to sit and lounge around and still go to a nice clean fresh bed!!

The only thing for the Junior Suite is that it's not really a room with a view. The mountains are too far off in the distance to qualify as a view. The view from the pool is of AC unit fans it just a little jarring.

Close to the bustle of Nimmanheimen but down a side street so it’s quiet. The food was good albeit (understandably) more expensive than outside the hotel. The staff though make it pleasurable. They are both friendly and professional and happy to assist with any request. For example the music on the ground floor was audible from my room and they switched it off for me in the evening so I could sleep.

Great Hotel to stay and the staff were very polite and friendly , Special mention must be made about the reservation lady Ammara had requested her something special for an occasion and it was done , the Manager Nakul was very pleasant. Great breakfast options

The room was a little small

Novotel Journeyman in Chiang Mai was very good. It is located in the Nimman district of the city, within walking distance of Maya Mall and a range of restaurants and shops. The hotel is set on a quiet side road. The staff was helpful and professional. The range of Western and Asian food was very good. I tried the breakfast twice as it was not included in my room price. I would stay here again.

I did not have any negatives about my stay or recommendations for improvement.

The room is clean, toiletries are good, usb port power supply, water is hot enough, shower water pressure is good, corridor is clean and no bad smell, grab car can park just outside the hotel doors, a small cafe in 2 minutes walking distance, a small night food market nearby and many food stalls, mini big c, another direction towards Maya has 7-11, small restaurants of Japanese, and chinese ...

Pillows quality is a problem to me, too fluffy, i mean thick,hmmm, the toilet cover will not cover automatically slowly as expected, but only keep to a half way down position, i have to press it down by myself.

Nice location near Maya shopping center and One Nimman with lots of restaurants, bars, and massage shops. Room was spacious and clean. Bed is very comfortable. Shower is good with strong water flow and stable temperature control. Breakfast variety is not very large but very good and tasty local and international choices. The fruits are extremely good in both quality and variety.

The beds were comfy, and they cleaned our room every day. Making our stay comfortable.

Another guest smoked a cigarette, and it reached our room. Maybe it was through the bathroom ventilation. We asked for our room to be cleaned but they arrived with a can of Glade just to mask the smell.

Great location. So close to Nimman & Maya mall but a short walk away that you don’t hear any noise at night. We stayed for New Year’s Eve and it was fab. The room was really big and has everything we needed. They do offer a shuttle into town however we walked as it’s so easy to do so

The location and atmosphere

The maintenance: particularly i booked a deluxe room with terrace which access to garden: however, chairs are damaged, the maintenance needs to be actioned.

The bed and the pillows were great!

The pool was not as easily accessible as I had anticipated but otherwise this was great.
