One call, and a code update, simple, the lady I spoke with was very polite. I was not familiar with a combination microwave/convection oven, but found the Owners manual, and educated myself on the use. The three door refrigerator was perfect for my needs.

The pool wasn't available, I don't know the cause. But that was something I was looking forward to using. I did find (not complaining) that one of the mugs had a hairline crack in the bottom, I left it hanging on the far left . The "Hot pot" failed. a wire melted in the handle and burned through to the outside. It does need to be replaced.

Very spacious. Very well appointed. Very clean. Very well located. Didn't want for anything.

Would have been perfect had I been higher up. I was only on the second floor , so there was no view whatsoever & the balcony was very basic with rusty old chairs & a rusty table & lots of water leakage from the higher up air conditioning. The pool was empty & that whole outdoor level was dilapidated. That is my only complaint however. Apart fromn that it was excellent.

The location was ideal because it's not far from the places we want to go. It also has a shopping mall within walking distance. Additionally, the place is spacious and perfect for families and groups of friends.

The only thing we didn't like is that there's a weird smell coming from the bathroom, and the microwave isn't working. Everything else is fine and in good condition.

Very nice, large, clean, modern apartment centrally located next to Maya shopping complex. Short taxi ride from the airport. Free wifi was very good. Very convenient to be so close to Maya, everything is available there. Staff were friendly. So I had a good experience here. Would be good for a large group or family. Has two big bedrooms with double beds plus a smaller bedroom with 2 bunk beds, plus a big living area / kitchen. So plenty of space.

It is in the city of course, not a beach resort, but for a city apartment, it is very nice.

Bathroom cant lock. Couch for sleeping is broken.

The location was not bad , and not far from airport

the pool looked green and dirty , I would not want to swim in it and no staff to meet you at reception, everything done over the phone , no personal touch with that . if it was not for me knowing someone in Chiang Mai , I would not have known where to print our boarding passes for next days flight .

The entrance door takes some effort to lock & unlock, It's not a big deal.

The room was comfortable with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, it was fresh renovated so no comparison to the building itself.

TV had no antenna and at least my devices did not connect to screenshare. But Maya Mall is very near and you can buy a relative cheap Internet TV stick or better bring your own from home.
