I stayed in this hotel for 4 nights and had a very good time, the best of my stay in Thailand. Soundproof rooms, perfect air conditioning, very comfortable bed and pillows. Breakfast was plentiful and very good for Western tastes. The location of the hotel is strategic because it is 5 minutes walk from the Maya shopping center, which has everything you need to eat or for various purchases, and 5 minutes, also in the same direction, from Nimmanhaemin, Chiang Mai's cool district with trendy coffee shops and natty boutiques.

The hotel looked recently renovated, there is a small gym and an oudoor pool. The room was nice and clean, washroom with glass door shower. The breakfast was very good, staff is willing to help at all times. Maya shopping center is 5 minutes walk.

The water in the pool was cold. Other than that, no real issues. The hotel is a bit far from the historic center. We had to take a taxi to join organized tours.

Breakfast was great with different choices daily. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Got free daily water in the fridge. Shabugu downstairs is also very nice for dinner or lunch. Maya shopping centre is very close by. 7/11 (24hrs) is about a 5minute walk away which is really convenient for extra water/snacks.

I found a small piece of metal wire in one my breakfast pastry. No idea how it got in there.

Our stay was really nice. What I would absolutely highlight are the amazing breakfasts with a wide selection. However, the main gem of this hotel is the staff. They are all incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful. They truly made our stay enjoyable.

What could be improved is the fitness area. The path to the fitness facility and the hotel surroundings have great potential for improvement. We also felt that the water in the pool was not entirely clean.

Very clean rooms, cleaning done everyday, staff is very hospitable, location is not far from the City centre, hired vehicles are always available round the clock.

A TV with connetion is placed in the room but has only Thi channels. Cannot choose English or any other channels. A big disadvantage if we cannot even hear the news.

Good location close to plenty of bars, restaurants and shops. Decent size room. Beds were very comfortable. Very good breakfast with plenty of choice.

Water temperature was unstable. It was annoying you have to log onto wifi when returning to the hotel every time. If these issues are solved it’s a clear 9.

It was clean, price was quite good, breakfast was good but not great. Since it was included in the price it was a good deal.

Very small room. Location a bit outside the city but reasonable distance with scooter. The pool was not perfect, cold water and only two sunbeds.

This hotel was outstanding in every way. The staff were all so friendly, helpful and polite, helping us with everything. The rooms were clean, beds very comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious every day. Free drinking water and the pool and gym were added bonuses. We didn’t want to leave! We will definitely stay here again next time we are in Chiang Mai.

The staff are very friendly and helpfull. It was my first time in Chiang Mai, and, on my arrival, the receptionist told me all about what was happening in town. I’m vegan, and the chef took care of me cooking delicious vegan meals for me every breakfast. I also saw the GM often taking time to greet guests personally and talk to them. All in all, the service was excellent. The property is well-maintained, and the rooms are clean and specious. It takes 20 minutes to walk to the Old Town, and nearby there is a shopping mall and the popular Nimman district with many coffee shops and bars.

Nice big room. Bed was comfy. Nice and clean and staff was pleasant I had the hotel take care of my laundry and that was perfect

Location was a bit of a problem because it's a bit fat by foot to Nimman (I imagined it would be closer)
