As usual, the place and staff are flawless. The location is outstanding on Nimman road next to Maya Mall. There are great amenities with a nice pool, gym and they even just opened a coffeeshop (Jerry's). It has one of the best tiramisus in town. Try it! 😃 A big thank you to all kind staff (luggage carer, reception, breakfast people, housekeeping and management at Hotel Mayu). Trust I will come back again to what I consider my second home in Thailand. 😇

We stayed at Mayu hotel for 7 Days. First of all (Rooms) are very big, cleaned, good view and access to the swimming pool if you are at the ground floor. The bathrooms are big also and cleaned. Secondly, the facilities are cleaned. The gym is perfect for fast training. And swimming pool is big and has nice view. Third, (Customer service) they act like its 5 star hotel. They never say no or not allowed, they are very kind and helpful. The guy in the reception he gave us a swimming pool access room because we want it. Fourth, (Breakfast) has many options and the lady manager she is soo kind. When we tell here that we are Muslim and there is little options for halal food she provides us a special halal menu. Fifth, (Location) is perfect it's near many malls and you can rent a car or a motorbike for transportation Everything was amazing with this hotel It's a 4 star hotel idont know why booking keep it 3 star only

Hotel was very conveniently located just at the fringe of nimman’s main strip, which is quieter and away from the hustle and bustle. It’s 3 mins away from Maya Mall as well. Property has a gym and a pool which is great! Rooms are massive and has an extra couch for you to laze around and a balcony to dry your laundry.

Nothing negative to bring up. But if I were to nitpick, they could provide a bit more water for each room.

Spacious and clean room, with comfortable bed and pillows. Bathroom is great as well. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is just amazing, with so many options to choose from. The hotel is located near Maya Lifestyle Shopping Center, a 3 mins walk. The area nearby has many street food options available. A very good experience overall.

Would have loved it if the room provided a smart TV as most of the cable channels were in languages other than English and no entertainment programs were broadcasted.

Waitresses ,housekeepers ,and Bell boy are extremely polite. Location is excellent.

I wish to get a lower floor for my disability mum and nephew who use the. Wheel chairs. One of the bellboy so thoughtful. He offer us a plastic chair for our disability mum so she can be able to have a shower. Thank you very much .

We stayed for 3 nights. We really enjoyed our stay. Friendly staff, always helpful and smiling. Room is clean and the clean lady cleaned our room everyday. The pool is clean and many guests use it. Good location, 5 minutes walk to Maya and One Niman Street.

The wall is thin, we can hear the neighbors talking and sound taps of next door’s bathroom during the midnight.

The staff was kind and helpful, they recommended us massage places and programs. We could choose from a big variety of foods at breakfast. The gym was okay and just enough equipped to use during a vacation. The garden of the hotel was green and nice as well as the pool and its area. There is a plaza next to the hotel and lot of restaurants in the surrounding.

It is far from the old town.

Loved the breakfast, loved the swimming pool and the gym. Clean and quiet. Staff very helpful and friendly, helped with laundry pick-ups and drop-offs.

The room was a bit bleak - a bit more furniture and another picture would have helped. Also more furniture on the balcony. The location is fine, but walking to Nimman entails crossing the big road by Maya which takes a while sometimes.

The staff were really polite and helpful. My room was cleaned everyday and any items I used were re-stocked. The breakfast buffet was excellent.

My room looked out on to the main road so there was a lot of noise from traffic.

Hotel was clean, tidy and in a great location west of the city. The pool was clean and we loved it. The room sizes was huge with everything you need for your stay and the beds very comfortable. On some days we even had the pool to ourselves! It was easy for our grab drivers to find to deliver food or pick us up. Our tour guide for Elephant Sanctuary found the hotel great too. Fantastic hotel and experience.
