They were quick to respond to my requests. •Rooftop pool was great view, and during my stay it was cold, perfect view with a cup of hot coffee

•Breakfast felt repetitive, limited with simple menu, but that is just me. •Parking was plenty, but for my bigger motorcycle, I was constantly worried about other motorcycle cramping (parking too close) to mine. Would prefer to have a designated parking during my stay if possible •Would prefer if my room had Nimman view instead of One Nimman, but understandable. •Fitness was minimum, but I don't plan to use it anyway. •TV system feels a little old, no connectivity to my phone, so I did not use the TV at all

Lovely modern hotel, very nice decorated, good breakfast and lovely friendly staff. Roof top pool was a lovely bonus as well as happy hour in the roof top bar. Room was great, shower was brilliant and lots of lovely supplies provided. Whilst location was slightly out of tourist area easy to get taxi and travel in and the shopping centre only being less than a minute was brilliant and had the best food.

The restaurant and bar were nice but prices were very high. The gym was very small and all glass.

The location of this hotel is excellent for access to restaurants, markets, Maya shopping mall and easy to navigate your way around the area. Art Mai is down a side street, off the main road so not noisy. The staff at the hotel are excellent, from the reception, restaurant and roof top bar on the 8th floor. Staff in the main restaurant were cheerful, attentive and very pleasant. The rooms are very comfortable and have most of the facilities that you would expect from that standard of hotel. The pool on the roof is easily accessible and it's a pleasant place to hang out later in the day, or early in the morning when it's a bit cooler.

I felt that the room I had on the 2nd floor was a bit dark, and the view is overlooking the side street. Not a big deal and the higher floors may be different. The breakfast is ok, with a limited selection, and the Thai food was more appealing than the western options, and very tasty. I personally didn't like the bread section and thought it could have been better quality, but the Thai food more than made up for that.

I was here for a week and enjoyed my stay. The location is perfect in Nimman and very close to everything you need. The room was super clean and well organised. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. I extended my stay and made a mistake with my booking, they were super friendly and helped me immediately without any problems. Also the staff at the breakfast was always happy and nice to talk to. Another benefit is there is a cool bar at the top floor, a little expensive but great cocktails.

The glass panels at the pool could need a cleaning, you can barely look through. The bathroom floor and the steps from the bathtub can be very slippery, I almost fell down, some more rubber protection would be helpful.

Great location in the middle of Nimman’s restaurants, bars, coffee shops and shopping. Right next to the trendy One Nimman building (“mall”doesn’t seem the right word somehow) and outdoor White Market. The Maya mall very close and has everything you could possibly need in life. Old town is a good walk or a cheap taxi ride away (plenty of Grab taxis). Outstanding Thai restaurant on the ground floor, with open air terrace. Neo really knows his wines and cocktails. Good breakfasts too. Another great cocktail bar on the roof, next to the rooftop swimming pool. Cool arty vibe throughout the hotel. Fashionable arty rooms, decent size. Helpful and capable staff: gave good recommendations for trips. Sorted a problem with our room aircon within minutes (and even the engineer could have doubled as a model or actor from a TV drama 😊) .

Slightly bouncy mattress! Glass wall between bedroom and bathroom means a light in the bathroom shines into the bedroom.

We found the location excellent, really enjoyed the vibrant area around the hotel and the old town was accessible by a short Grab ride. Staff were exceptional, we stayed for over a week and they spoilt us, front of house, restaurant and breakfast staff and house keeping we could not speak highly enough of them. Would also recommend the restaurant, we ate out at many top class restaurants all over town and Jarid’s compares favourably.

Booking a 5 star hotel and for the amount I paid for such a hotel was incredibly reasonable. It was around US$112.00 for 2 nights stay!! And the hotel is a 1 minute walk to ONE NIMMAN mall which is quite impressive in terms of restaurants and coffee shops. I dined at 2 Michelin rated restaurants in this area. First -- The Ginger Farm Kitchen and Second -- Kiew Kai Ka. The room was creatively designed and the bed was very comfortable. Nice big bathroom and the water pressure was good as well. Breakfast buffet was nice and decent and the Food & Beverage Supervisor by the name of T.K. was amazingly nice and friendly. He made sure that I enjoy the breakfast and that every detail in the dining area was well prepared. Though there was this young man during an early morning shift who was without a doubt -- very nosy and kinda arrogant and didnt much care about customer relations at all. Nonetheless, I wont let this guy ruin my entire impression on this beautiful hotel.

The room was super cozy, the staff were really supportive, the pool area is small yet the view is worth it. The cocktails by the pool are super nice and it's in the heart of Nimman, everything was like 1 min away walking distance, the area is very lively and super safe which made us love it even more, the staff are present on the front desk 24/7 which shows the good level of service this hotel provides

The bed was very hard the first night I couldn't sleep at all but I contacted the staff in the morning in they provided a mattress topper which made the bed comfortable The room was very dusty when I arrived but they apologised and cleaned it and also provided a humidifier which I really appreciate and it shows how professional this hotel staff are, such a good level of service. Maybe the bath tub was a bit too high from the floor which made it a bid hard to get off it while wet that's all.
