The property is beautiful and is in a convenient location. I prefer to stay in Old Town because many things are within walking distance, but I really enjoyed my 3 nights stay here. Both my friend and I enjoyed how comfortable the beds were and each room has a private curtain so you can really get the privacy you need. There was hot tea/ coffee and small snacks available downstairs during the day. I saw many people left their food items in the fridge or on the shelves with a sticky note with their name on it. Staff was friendly, bathrooms were very clean although there were many people staying during the time I stayed. Great restaurants nearby also.

The attitude of the staff. We arrived with an 8 and 5 yr old at 7am. The staff allowed early check-in for one of our rooms so that we could give the children a place to rest. During our stay, all staff members were friendly and helpful, providing excellent advice and guidance on navigating our way around the city.

The festival style porta-bathroom that had been installed in the bedrooms. This does not work, and proper bathrooms should be built. The water did not drain, resulting in wet feet each time the toilet was used. Having a wet room with a sink and toilet in 1 sq metre of space does not work.

1.the location is very convenient, from airport , about 10mins by Bolt, at the center of ningman road, easy to go and eat, 2. the hall is big and comfortable, could rest and chat there, 3. the room and bed is Clean and privately, with locker. 4. you could wash clothes and hang clothes out

1. if you arrive earlier, before the staff get on work at 7 am, need to wait outside. so arrange your time. 2. the two hair dryer at bathroom , but too near, can not use at the same time with others

first of all the location is perfect. just besides ninnman no.1, so you can walk to white market and vintage market within 2 mins. and there are also many good choices of cafes around, such as lots of taste,R8, blue coffee. second, the facilities are clean and easy to use including shower room, laundry place, it will help a lot after a long sweaty day. last but not least, you can always find a staff in reception 6am-11pm. they are all very friendly and helpful. so if you are traveling alone, Alexa will be a good place to stay.

Superb location in Nimman. Walkable distance to many restaurants/coffee shops/cafes. Best price for private 1-person room in the area. Staff is nice and helpful. Room is clean and os true to pictures.

Bathroom/toilet situation is pre-built bathroom, which is small and does not seperate wet and dry area. However, it’s true to the picture.

The place was located on a nice quiet street very central and close to coffee shops etc. Comfortable bed

The aircon was obviously shared and we didn’t really agree on a temperature so it was very cold and as the aircon was almost above my place it was a bit too cold for me.

Good : Location, Cleanliness and Comfort Hostel located in Nimmarn area. It's easy to go to nice coffee bar, food and shopping Room is very clean and comfort.

Improve : Shower and Toilet in Private Room, Car Park Shower room is too small and some time run out of the hot water. Car Park is very limited (only 3 cars)

The rooms were clean and immaculate. The staff spoke english so no barriers in communication and they were very helpful. There was a mishap when a pipe burst in the washroom but the staff immediately changed our rooms. The location is excellent with coffee places nearby if you want a good cup of coffee in the morning. I wouldn’t recommend this place to everyone and will definitely stay there again in the future should I travel to chiang mai again.

Nice small hostel in a very trendy neighborhood. it’s quiet (appart from the plane flying close) and the rooms were spacious

the neighborhood has full of small coffees and good restaurants and bars, but you have to know you are a bit far from the night market and the edge of the old town (15 min walking to get to old town, but a good hour to cross to the night market)

The value for the price is high. The front desk staff are really good. They are friendly and helpful. When I checked out, one of the staff gave me a ride to my next accommodation as it was relatively close by. Above and beyond customer service. Great vibe and atmosphere. Great location. Clean and professional. I will stay again for sure.

There is no chair or desk in the room I stayed in.
