This is my 3rd or 4th time back to this hotel. It is quaintly decorated, the location is good and the rooms are clean. The staff are always happy to see guests and are really wonderful!

You can hear the airplanes very well. However, this is a common thing for the hotels around the Nimman area and there’s really nothing much the hotels in this area can do.

The aesthetic of this hotel is amazing. It has such a wonderful look and feel. The staff was extremely attentive and made our stay here wonderful. It is in such a great location, close to many unique markets, restaurant and spas without being in the heart of the city. Getting around was easy with lots of Tuktuks and Grab taxis nearby. The room was comfortable with a lovely 4 poster bed that added to the vibe of the hotel. Their breakfast were delicious Thai creations and the strong coffee was perfect for a day of sightseeing.

The only downside was the closet space was very limited. It would be really hard to unpack if you were staying for longer than 5 days.

I really liked the location. Central in Nimman area, near a 7/11 and pharmacy and main Nimman road leading to Nimman One centre. The room was comfortable and clean, basic and that suited me. The staff were very friendly.

The breakfast options are limited- which is fine but surprising given they own a cafe which seems to currently be closed I guess due to low season. It’s a pity as it would have been nice to use the cafe during the day too…but there are plenty of other cafe options nearby. The room didn’t have a great view- it just faced another hotel.

I had an amazing experience staying at The Craft Nimman, and I cannot praise the staff enough for their outstanding service. The highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the incredible assistance provided by Kate, who went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. From the moment I arrived, Kate was attentive, professional, and genuinely warm. She took care of every little detail I needed, often anticipating my needs before I even mentioned them. Whether it was helping with recommendations, solving any issues, or just adding a personal touch to my stay, she truly made the experience unforgettable. The rest of the team was also fantastic, contributing to the hotel’s welcoming and luxurious atmosphere. The Craft Nimman offers not just comfort and style but also a level of service that makes you feel truly valued as a guest. Thank you, Kate, and the entire team, for making my stay so memorable. The location was perfect for us as the hotel is less than 5 minutes from One Nimman and on a quieter lane. We could deposit our shopping back in our rooms before heading back out again. Rooms were very clean and the beds were really comfy (on the softer side). We had an extra bed added to one of the rooms for triple share and it was very comfortable too. Toilets were clean and hot water available at any time of the day. Hotel breakfast was always delicious and hot. We also found many fantastic cafes within 5-10 minutes walk. Numerous little cafes and local designers in the area. We were very happy. They were also able to provide laundry service that was done very well. Our clothes all came back smelling great and within the timeframe promised. Cost of laundry was also very reasonable.

The hotel did not have a working iron or ironing board. Small issue that did not affect our satisfaction with our rooms and overall great experience.

We loved everything about the hotel. Location, rooms were clean and fresh every day. Beds were very comfy (esp for those who like a softer bed), bed linen was always clean, bath towels were fluffy and comfy. Numerous great cafes, restaurant, street food, massage places and shopping in the area but the hotel is on a quieter lane, which is great. There is really soft night light in the room that we appreciated especially for night time trips to the toilet. Less than 5 minute walk to One Nimman so we could deposit our shopping and then head out again. Staff at the hotel were always helpful no matter day or night. The hotel is also able to arrange for laundry, which was quite cheap and came back smelling fresh and nicely folded. Hotel breakfast is always hot and delicious (buffet style with eggs ordered and cooked on the spot). We really enjoyed our stay at The Craft Nimman.

Really small issue of not having steam iron or ironing board in the hotel. It did not affect our stay though. We were very happy with our rooms and experience in the hotel.

Food good,service good,location too. Very charming and rustic hotel with a little tortoise called Pakkar who eats blue pea flowers and mulberry leaves only. Highly recommended. I like dozing on the 1st floor which catches the afternoon breeze and our room overlooked a lovely garden.

I think design of toilet and room layout and decor could be better - lino floors are not my cup of tea. Also the hotel could not be located at night by the taxi. I suggest lights to illuminate the signage. All good.

Incredibly stylish and comfortable. The rooms are beautifully appointed with large sleeping-happy beds. The welcome was kind and easy - we felt right at home. A great spot to explore the city and Nimman. A fab breakfast, stunning coffee and a young and friendly tortoise called Paqa. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

It didn’t bother us, but worth noting that the Nimman neighbourhood sits in the flight path and so if you are sensitive to the sounds of planes the Nimman area may not be for you!

The location is super convenient, being within walking distance from many good restaurants and shopping places. The property is always clean and the staff are warm and extremely helpful. Over the past 3 years, this is my 5th or 6th stay here, so that should reflect how good the property is!

If you rent a car, the downside is that the property has no free parking. However, there is a rental car parking space very nearby (50M away).
