We had a great stay here — the room was spacious, really well designed, with lots of natural light and a very comfortable bed. The balcony was a highlight, perfect for relaxing. The hotel has a basic gym with a treadmill and weights, which was great for quick workouts. We paid extra for breakfast a few times and it was delicious, with plenty of variety. There’s also a convenient coffee shop on-site serving excellent coffee with a huge smile, which we loved. The location is excellent — right near 7/11 and restaurants, within walking distance to One Nimman and Maya malls, and we even enjoyed the walk into the old town. It’s a quiet area, which made it easy to relax. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily return.

One downside was the laundry service, which was extremely expensive since it was charged per item rather than by weight.

I would recommend anyone coming to Chiang Mai to consider this property as one of your options of stay. It is very centrally located in Nimmanhaemin area of Chiang Mai. Nimmanheamin, often called Nimman, is a trendy and vibrant area in Chiang Mai, known for its modern cafes, boutique shops, art galleries, and nightlife. It's popular among expats, digital nomads, and young travelers. Located near Chiang Mai University, Nimman has a lively atmosphere with a mix of local culture and international influences, making it hub for creativity, dining, and socializing. If you want to shop, their is Maya mall just a few minutes of walk with all the amenities. If you want to catch up on some work, their is co-working center named Yellow Co-working Space just a stroll away. If you want to party their are plenty of lively bars, pubs, and nightlife spots, attracting both locals and tourists.

Their is a Mc Donalds nearby. I got an upset stomach eating their yesterday. I would highly suggest you to try the local cafes in the area. I would not specifically recommend any one of them, as all of them are unique and and all have their own charm.

Firstly, GREAT location. Very nice and clean area. The street is quiet and yet, just by coming out of the street, there are 7/11, cute cafes.massage parlours, one nimman night market and many more. Room was clean and balcony had good view. Shower worked fine and there was sufficient hot water. Also, room was VERY spacious with oven, fridge and many drawers. Good stay.

Overall, could have a more cozy look, matching with the surroundings and area. But can't really complain. Just stating this as a point of scope of improvement.

The location is in the centre of Nimman area ,which is the coolest in Chiang Mai..you have everything a tourist needs just across the street.. plenty of Cafes ,restaurants and massage shops ..The Maya mall is 5 min walk and there is a Lotus supermarket across the street and couples of 7 eleven The room is huge and clean and the employees are very nice. I would like to thank the receptionist, Aom,who is always helpful and kind..

Very central to most things! Easy to find and staff were helpful, room was very spacious and clean. Bathroom was also good, other reviews had mentioned issues with the showers but this was not the case. Good balcony and would definitely stay again!

The bed was quite hard and the breakfast was very limited in choice! We tried on the first day and ate out for the remainder of our stay.

Breakfast was very ordinary but adequate. Accommodation was fantastic and clean. Not big problem but an English speaking movie station would be good. Overall I would highly recommend this property.

This is the perfect hotel to stay in Chiang Mai for a week to ten days. It's perfectly located in a great area, wonderful facilities, and amazing room. Plenty of food options outside including a laundromat, 7eleven, and a Lotus. Convenient to reach all major destinations and the airport is close by. As someone who has frequented Chiang Mai for many years, this was a lovely find.

The pillows were a bit too high, and because it is close to the airport there is a lot of airplane noise every morning. However, as planes commonly pass by this area, it would also be heard in other nearby accomodations.

Excellent location, with the convenience of Nimmanhaeman, but our room was quiet, facing west toward the mountain. Really large room, with 2 sofas, a dining table, a real kitchen. The bed was very firm, which we like. (some might find it too firm) We were glad we'd chosen the largest room for our 12-night stay. A good value!

Some people might be bothered by the nearness of planes overhead. That did not bother us. The breakfast was average, but we had not prepaid it, so we purchased it only the first day.

Its location is very good. Only few steps to lots of resturants, cafe and shopping places. Free parking is available at the basement. Staff is nice and helpful. Room is clean and spacious. Breakfast is good for my preference.

The facilities are a bit old but clean so I don't think it's a problem.
