The size of apartment is great. And the staff is amazing and extremely helpful. We didn’t have good internet signal from our first apartment. We needed to work so internet was crucial. They arranged another apartment with better WiFi reception. And everything is perfect in the end. They also arranged a sweet surprise for my birthday. Location is good with a lot of things around.

Breakfast is boring if you stay more than 2 days. Not many options. Swimming pool is so small and unattractive.

Good location but noisy because of jet flight path. Probably the same issue with any Niman hotel. Ample room in the suite to relax. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Breakfast was good and I really enjoyed their coffee machine.

Beds are on the hard side as we're the pillows. They need to clean under the beds as there was significant dust build up. Shower tiles starting to show age and grouting was cracking and dirty in some spots. Pool was really small and not a highlight.

Comfy beds. We had a one bedroom suite with a walk in closet with lots of space. The hotel is kept very clean. Did not hear a sound from other rooms. Great location for restaurants and cafes. A big shopping center 5 mins walk away. Overall I found it good value for money.

Water in the pool was too cold to be comfortable. Although we were there in the evening, and in the daytime heat it might be more tolerable. Nevertheless it should be a bit warmer. The cafe where breakfast is served, was not a very pleasant place. It was hot and right next to the alley traffic. This area has many cafes with good breakfast options, and in fairness you get better value there. Also note that this area is right below the flight path to/from Chiang Mai Airport and when the aircraft are taking off this way they do make noise. However it is the case for this whole area, not just this hotel, and there are no flights at night.

the location was great! could walk around the Nimman area and its many small roads, lots of food options nearby and everywhere else easily accessible by booking a car. The rooms are clean and spacious though I found the beds on the hard side. The pool is small but enough to lounge around in. Hotel staff were polite and helpful, we were able to loan towels from the poolside on the day trip to the waterfalls. Breakfast was nice, and thoughtfully available from 7am to 2pm. Check in and out was a breeze. The hotel is quiet and the surrounding area feels safe to walk about in at all times of the day. lots of cafes and massages places within 200-300m including the famed Ristr8to.

Very spacious room with all the basic things one needs. Bed was very comfortable. Staff gave excellent service. Housekeeping was very prompt. As long as you put the sign up, they will surely do housekeeping for you even in the afternoon. Location was excellent too. Easy to walk to Nimman area.

The swimming pool had a suspicious green colour so didn’t dare to use.

The room was large and spacious. The staff was responsive to our requests when things weren't quite right in the room. The location was excellent and close to many amenities. The set menu and options for breakfast was diverse and well done.

The pool was shut down while we were there. It is not a large pool and more for a quick dip than a swim. The hotel is on the flight path, so the airplane noise is significant but you do eventually get used to it.

We stayed in a large apartment that came with everything we needed. The staff were friendly and just wanted to make our stay a pleasurable experience. The free breakfast had a good range of options. There was a giddying range of shops, cafes, restaurants and bars just a short walk from the property.

The couch was uncomfortable and the floors were not clean.

Great staff, spacious room,great location. Great AC plus WiFi. Nimman Road is a great location. Unfortunately in the flight path of Chiang Mai Airport. I'm not a great sleeper but had no problem with this.

Breakfast could have had some muesli or cereal. Might not appeal to Asian guests, so not a major problem.

Spacious, nice practical design of the unit. Great value for money. Location is amazing, smack in middle of Nimman yet on a quiet street. Long hours for breakfast is a plus! They’re tasty & generous portion too. Low density, no noisy neighbors during our stay.

Nothing really. Only thing is perhaps airplane noise every now & then but that didn’t bother us.

Rooms are spacious and the staff members are friendly

I don’t like their security practices at the hotel. Room card is not required to access the hallways and elevator so anyone can enter the building from the lobby.
